+Overall a decent apartment in a nice neighborhood close to the metro and 20min walk from Termini
−It was a lot louder than we expected and the floor was actually vibrating at times, not sure if that was the metro or just traffic

“Communication with the host was excellent as well.”
+The apartment is in a very good location, with easy access to public transportation,
−However, the apartment would benefit from some renovation and maintenance. While it had everything needed for a short stay, certain areas appear worn and could be updated to improve the overall comfort and experience for guests.

+The house is located near a subway and bus stop, making it easy to reach any part of the city. There is a store in the neighborhood, and the market is just a short walk away. There are embassies on the nearby streets, so the area is clean and quiet. The apartment is clean, the kitchen is well-equipped, the rooms are sufficiently large, and the beds were comfortable.
−There was no hot water one morning, and the water pressure was a little low.
