+The room was clean and tidy, much better than we expected! The location is excellent, whether it's public transport, taking a taxi, or ordering takeout, everything is very convenient. The view from the window was amazing, with a great sight of the Ice and Snow World. The host was very kind and patient in answering all our questions.

“A great place to stay”
+The location was good and the views from room were brilliant Underfloor heating kept the place really warm when it was -27 outside And a heated toilet seat
−The corridors by lift can be a bit dark if you have to wait ages for them

“A great place to stay with kind hosts, just make sure that it is non-smoking.”
+Helpful friendly staff, comfortable large room with good facilities and warm.
−The first apartment smelled of smoke, after reporting it, the hosts kindly gave us another apartment which was fine. This is a recurring problem in China, smokers have little respect for non-smokers or rules telling them not to smoke.

“Superb”
+very nice apartment with a great view. perfect located to visit all the places of the ice festival.
−you need to pay in CASH on your arrival. impossible to find if the host doesn’t give you the exact description and picks you up at the main gate. they did, so it was ok. 😊 check out doesn’t exist, just leaving the key in the room.
