+The apartment is very modern, cozy, well planned and just the right size for 2 (maybe, even 3) people. The kitchen is well equipped, what really helped us to save some money, because we could eat at home every once in a while, plus there was a supermarket next door. The host was very clear on how to get the keys, so the check-in process was easy
−The apartment isn't that close to the city center (meaning around 40 min by foot), so you have to be very careful when buying the public transport tickets, once the metro isn't integrated with bus and tram (we got the one only for the metro and it wasn't very useful). The host could have left some more supplies in the apartment, as we were staying for 9 days, but we also could have asked, we just didn't want to bother. Maybe one small improvement for the apartment itself would be a glass or a curtain in the bathtub, once when you shower, the bathroom gets very wet.

+El edificio es muy nuevo y está muy cerca del centro. Tiene un supermercado justo abajo y está en una zona muy tranquila. El piso en general está muy bien

“Fara gaz..si periculos”
+studio-ul se afla intr-un complex nou, la etajul 6, mobilier nou, check-in facil
−- mesajele de intampinare nu sunt foarte clare ( scrie ca poti parca, da, cu 7 lei pe ora, mai bine ar scrie si varianta "fara bani" intre case, ca sa nu cauti tu; nu scrie ca poti suna propietarul daca ai probleme, exact cum a fost la noi, probabil nu vrea sa fie deranjat, nici in casa nu sunt instructiuni, ok, nu am intrebat nimic in rest, de tipul wifi, etc, probabil nu exista) - nu am avut apa calda prima seara, probleme cu gazul; am contactat propietarul la 10/11 si nu a rapuns- ok, am inteles.. - a doua zi la 2 noaptea a sunat detectorul de GAZ!!! sunt probleme in acest studio cu gazul si trebuie rezolvate mai ales in cazul in care se inchiriaza - nu au fost saci de gunoi; nu fusese facuta curatenie pe jos, curatenie e doar de suprafata, am sters eu cu mopul..ok

−Mai greu la checkin greu de gasit cutia (multe la fel), codul gresit si mi-ar fi placut masina de spălat cu uscător ca sa fie 10+...
