+The shower was very good, beds were comfortable and the TV had plenty of choice.
−Unfortunately the dish towel, cutlery, crockery and oven mitts were dirty. There were also quite a few cobwebs and a lot of dust under the beds which was very disappointing especially as in the email it mentioned that it was deep cleaned.

“No Urban Gem here!”
+Beds were clean and comfortable. Plenty of appliance including fans for this hot weather
−The place needed a good clean and tidy. We got the impression that the property was not cleaned thoroughly with food crumbs on the worktops and the couches thick spiders webs behind the bedside units and used tissues on the bedroom floor, empty shower gel etc bottles left on the shower. The smoke alarm was already beeping when we walked in and had to remove the battery. Wallpaper was peeling off the walls and various knocks and large dirty scuffs in rooms. The front of the house was very dirty with an overgrown hedge and a badly repaired bay window. The rear garden was full of weeds and the flower beds covered in unfinished plastic. The property was missing any character and felt very unloved with no effort put into the detail. There was no lamps or bedside lamps just stark led ceiling lights so find the bed in the dark. We were there for a family wedding so spent very little time there other than to sleep and as the beds were clean and comfortable, the water was hot I have scored it higher than if I had been there for longer or sightseeing.

−Only the microwave ,kitchen bin and kitchen window was left unclean ,which the property owner can sort out but overall the place was beautiful and tidy

−Sadly, there was an issue on the arrival, and the host didn't respond until a day later, this meant we booked a hotel and stayed there instead.

+Very spacious and nicely decorated. Central area and helpful hosts. Had lots of utensils and plenty of storage space. WiFi was good.
−Could do with a couple of spare blankets just for comfort.

“Overall a decent place to stay and good for a couple of nights visiting family.”
+Location was ideal for visiting family. Quiet and convenient but within walking distance of the main Longbridge shops. Open kitchen and lounge. Water and biscuits on arrival was a nice touch. Good clear instructions for check in and check out and hosts were happy to accommodate an early check in. The kids loved the big TV in the lounge.
−Floor in the kitchen was dirty as was evident from my daughter’s feet. Back garden could do with some TLC. Cigarette butts in the corner of the garden were an eye sore. Improving the garden would really add something to the stay. Cobwebs in the kitchen and dusty in places. It would be nice as well if there was a tea towel in the kitchen and if there were sponges and washing up liquid.
