“Spacious apartment with a lovely terrace in a quiet area”
+The apartment was very spacious and had a terrace. The neighborhood was quiet, and the apartment was well equipped with things like a coffee machine and dishwasher. The kitchen had coffee capsules, cream, olive oil, spices, and even pasta, which was especially helpful since we arrived in the evening. Before check-in, we received detailed instructions about where to find the keys, how to enter the apartment, and where the trash containers were located. After traveling around Italy, it was also nice to finally have a proper duvet cover on the bed - in many places in Italy there was only a sheet with a blanket on top.
−Overall, the apartment was excellent. The only thing missing for me was a washing machine, although this seemed common in other apartments we stayed at in Rome and Milan as well. In Lugano, however, you can easily find self-service laundries if you need to freshen up your clothes after a long trip.

“Hidden Gem in the Heart of Lugano”
+This flat has everything you need. The kitchen is super stocked and literally its all there when you arrive, you don't need to go out and come back with anything. For business this is great. The wifi is excellent and the facilities are exactly what is described. I would not hesitate to book here again. Its excellent.
