“Great apartment with potential to be even better - Enjoy the view!”
+roomy apartment. Modern equipment that worked well. Great view from the balcony. We even saw some hot air balloons across the valley. Roomy shower with good water pressure and easy to set temperature. Owner communicated with us quickly and easily. Plenty of unpacking space with lots of hangers (we stayed 10 days). Covered garage with elevator up from garage level, so no carrying suitcases up and down stairs. Quiet area, both the streets and the neighbors.
−Property advertised a washing machine (clothes) and did have one, but a shared one on a different floor with no place to hang clothes to dry (also, we didn't notice an iron or ironing board), so we didn't use it. Though the apartment is modern and comfortable, it seemed a bit unfinished - no wall decorations, no mirror outside the bathroom, bare light bulbs in the ceiling. It had two comfortable wing-back chairs but the couch was an uncomfortable two-seater - no room to lie down on it, though there would be plenty of room to put a larger couch. The TV had two remote controls and proved too complicated for an old person like me to figure out, but we didn't spend much time in the apartment as there's so much to see within a 2-2.5 hour drive.

+Very close to bus station although not frequent in timing, nearby coop, has elevator, heater, washing machine (in the building, different floor), quiet neighbourhood

+Ein sehr geräumiges, gut ausgestattetes und sauberes Appartement mit Tiefgaragenstellplatz. Für den Preis TOP-Angebot.
−Wir konnten keinen Sender beim Fernseher finden. Es hat eine Mini-Anleitung gefehlt. War aber kein Prblem da wir immer zu müde zum Fernsehen waren.

+Rustige locatie, bushalte vlakbij, treinstation ook goed te belopen. Dat laatste geldt ook voor de supermarkt (Coop). Inrichting nog wat kaal, maar goed. Prima groot bed, ruime voorraad handdoeken. In de kelder staan een wasmachine en een droger die je zonder verdere kosten kunt gebruiken

+Unkomplizierter Einzug und Abgabe der Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist gut eingerichtet alles Nötige ist vorhanden. Auch die Kommunikation durch WhatsApp war super easy mit Frau Kühni inklusive Bettwäsche und Badetücher Service. Toll, dass auch genügend Gebührenabfallsäcke zu Verfügung waren.
−Ein grösseres Sofa welches Liegen ermöglichen würde, würde den Komfort noch weiter erhöhen. Die Matratze war für mich eine Spur zu hart.

+Obwohl das Apartment sehr ruhig gelegen ist mit einer schönen Aussicht, befindet sich "gleich um die Ecke" ein grösserer Supermarkt sowie ein Fitnesscenter, auch zum Bahnhof ist es nicht weit. Die Wohnung wurde erst kürzlich erbaut und besitzt die modernsten "Annehmlichkeiten".
