“Perfect.”
+Beautifully proportioned stone villa with the prettiest of swimming pools. Pan welcomed us with some delicious squid pasta his mother had made. He’d left us with a substantial welcome pack of wine, water, cheese, ham, biscuits and lots more. The kitchen was very well equipped including a toaster and kettle. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and the bath towels were very good quality. There were also pool/ beach towels. There was plenty of hot water all day long, not just in the afternoons, and the shower was lovely and didn’t leak all over the floor. I travel a lot and all of the above is not always found. I loved staying here in all the nature and I definitely recommend it. Also, try the Pergola restaurant in Agia Effimia for authentic Greek food away from the busy harbour.

+This is one of those very rare times when the reality exceeds by a very thick margin the photos on booking.com. If only I could rank Unity Villa higher than 10, I would. The overall experience was excellent! I would like to thank Panagiotis and his mother for true professional hospitality. Unity Villa is a unique accommodation that has just undergone (a couple of years ago) a capital renovation. Sharing my wife’s nearly 50 years of cumulative experience in commercial real estate asset management, including the hospitality segment, we have to salute the efforts of the owners - they simply exceed any expectation: Exterior and landscaping - pure aesthetically pleasing and timeless architectural lines - very pleasing to our eyes, an excellent swimming pool (around 4 by 8 meters) - our kids loved it, with a great choice of swimming pool tiles giving a unique water color, very comfortable and militaristically stylish swimming pool surrounding area with a summer kitchen and a barbeque, great understated architectural lighting of the house, swimming pool area, olive trees, which switches on automatically. “Great Villa, Great Position to explore the area”
+The villa is exactly as the pictures depict. The place was clean and is comfortable. Pan met us at check in and showed us around the Villa. The Villa was originally built by his grandfather and used as a school by his mother. It has now been converted into the Villa. The pool is awesome and our kids spent a lot of time in it. The lighting, both outside and inside, has been done very well. The bedrooms are compact but very adequate and the beds comfortable. Everything was very clean. We arrived and there was some milk and a chilled bottle of wine in the fridge. The kitchen has everything one needs including a drip coffee machine. Pan's mother cooked us a wonderful squid pasta the one night which was very tasty. The Villa is very centrally located for the area with 2 restaurants within walking distance (1 is next door). There is also a small supermarket a 5 minute walk away. Agia Effimia is a 5 minute drive away and Myrtos beach about a 15 minute drive. We would definitely book this Villa again if in the area. Pan was an amazing host.

“Exceptional villa, excellent host.”
+Unity Villa is an exceptional place. The building is well designed with comfort a priority. The open plan living/dining room really works with the kitchen well equipped, hob, microwave, oven, toaster, kettle etc. The fridge freezer is more than ample for four people for two weeks. The bedrooms are a good size with adequate storage space and plenty of sockets. Pan has ensured that the villa has exceptional electrics plus a home cinema. Two bathrooms, one being an ensuite, are again well thought out and of a high specification, both having a large shower, toilet and sink. The outside space is amazing. The pool is clean and inviting with the surrounds beautifully tiled and furnished with quality sun beds and parasols. We were there last week in May, first in June with temperatures mid to high 20's. The villa has a/c in the bedrooms and living space but due to excellent construction plus top of the range windows, we never used it. The villas location puts all areas of Kefalonia within a 40 min drive. The East and West coasts are within 10 minutes, each having wonderful bays and crystal clear waters. Pan is an excellent host, quick to respond to questions and we even had a meal provided

“Outstanding Private Pool Villa between Myrtos and Agia Effimia”
+Very modern und highclass stone house with large private pool. Fully equipped and close to stores, beaches and restaurants. The Mylos tavern is right next to the house. The incredibly friendly and helpful host lives next to the property.
