+I loved the location the bed was extremely comfortable to the point that i didn't want to get up, the place was very modern and lovely

−The situation was absolutely unacceptable. At around 10:00 p.m., after we had already carried three suitcases up five flights of stairs, we discovered that the accommodation was in a terrible condition. Within just fifteen minutes of arriving, we were forced to leave and look for another hotel. Since the building had no elevator, we had to carry all our suitcases back down the stairs, despite being completely exhausted from our journey and from having just carried them all the way up. It was an absolutely unacceptable experience that caused us enormous physical strain, stress, and emotional exhaustion. At that late hour, all we needed was a clean and decent place to rest, but instead we were forced to deal with this incredibly distressing situation.All the rooms were dirty and completely neglected. The bed had not even been made, there was hair all over the bathroom, and the kitchen was left in a terrible state, with dirty glasses and other unwashed items. The entire property appeared to have been completely abandoned and had clearly not been cleaned or prepared for guests. −Al nostro arrivo abbiamo segnalato immediatamente la mancanza di un set di asciugamani, un servizio basilare che dovrebbe essere garantito. La risposta dell’host è stata vaga e poco professionale, attribuendo il problema alla donna delle pulizie senza fornire alcuna soluzione concreta. Abbiamo atteso fino al giorno successivo senza essere ricontattati. Dopo aver scritto nuovamente all’ora di pranzo, non abbiamo più ricevuto alcuna risposta, venendo completamente ignorati. Come se non bastasse, l’ultimo giorno abbiamo trovato uno scarafaggio in camera, un episodio che solleva seri dubbi sulla pulizia e la manutenzione dell’appartamento. Un comportamento e una gestione inaccettabili sotto ogni punto di vista. Non consiglierei assolutamente questa struttura.

−Когда зашли в номер, в номере было грязно, не убрано после предыдущих жильцов, постель грязная, жили с ребенком, ему достался диван, там спать невозможно весь продавленый.
