“A unique underground apartment in the heart of Florence”
+This is a very unique apartment in Florence, within walking distance from its train station Santa Maria Novella. You'll enjoy a comfortable and quiet stay in an apartment with everything Florence has to offer at your doorstep. The apartment's unique layout means you will enter into a kitchen and dining area, with stairs leading down to the bedroom on one side and bathroom on the other. The room is clean and stylish. If you are worried about humidity downstairs, rest assured: there is a great dehumidifier (that is easily emptied) in place that will ensure your stay is comfortable. Additionally, right across the street is a fantastic restaurant that serves great pizzas and a wonderful chestnut dessert.

“Great location and a cozy spot to stay for 2!”
+Overall a great place to stay! It was clean, easy to access, and a great location in town. Lots of restaurants nearby, close to the river, even a wine window very close by!
−The only thing to keep in mind is that the street noise was pretty significant on the weekends. There was yelling until 3am on Friday and Saturday nights. We were able to put headphones on and drown it out, so it wasn’t a problem but just something to note for future users!

“Great location, well equipped and quirky underground property.”
+This property was in a great location. The kitchen was handy and well equipped, with a coffee machine and oven. We had everything we needed for our stay. Ahead of the stay, the owner sent me a well detailed message with things we needed to know - instructions etc. which was very helpful.
−We did suffer with multiple blackouts (power cuts) mainly when using the hob. We were warned about this and unfortunately there isn't much that can be done - but a simple flick of the fuse switch and we were back up and running again. Location is good but you can hear people walking past (if they are being noisy).

“Don't Stay here , would not recommend !”

−Had one cockroach in the kitchen on the first day(no worries as it happens)Then the second day were a few more, but on the third morning we found them in our bed and my girlfriend flew out of the bed , enough is enough and decided to leave the property and stay at nearby hotel asked for a refund for the last few days. The heat pump leaked , but was fixed pretty quick .But the place was damp and stuffy and definitely had an issue with cockroaches. Refund was never paid. which they said they would . So would not recommend to stay here.

“Solo merece la pena la ubicación”
+La ubicación estaba muy bien, era lo mejor del alojamiento
−Había demasiada humedad. Lo habíamos leído en los comentarios pero no nos imaginábamos que será para tanto… En general estaba sucio: mucho polvo, cojines manchados y la manta olía mal. Estuvimos en noviembre y pasábamos frío porque la cama solo tenía una sábana
