+The apartment was quiet and is located near public transportation, although the airport shuttle is not provided.
−The apartment has a feel of being finished cheaply and quickly, and is somewhat rundown. The beds were comfortable enough and the apartment was quiet. I had two main issues, along with a few other ones, that made the overall experience more stressful than pleasant. 1. Misleading information: I contacted Booking.com customer service regarding my security deposit refund because the host was unresponsive for 3 days after checkout. When the host finally replied, they told me I would have to wait until the beginning of the next month. None of this information was mentioned in the description of the property. They have now modified the description. Eventually, I received a refund, but it was less than what I had paid - I paid 150 EURO, and received back around 145 EURO. 2. False info: This property is advertising as an airport shuttle. When I requested it, they said it wasn't provided and only mentioned it after the free cancellation deadline had passed. Cosmetic & hygiene issues: Cracked bathroom sink, cracked seal around the sink. If using a rainfall shower, the water doesn’t drain quickly enough, so had to use the smaller handheld shower instead. +I had a very good stay overall. The apartment was clean and the facilities were well taken care of. I did experience a minor issue, but I reached out to the host, who was responsive and assured me it would be resolved. I’ll check on it during my next visit. All in all, it was a pleasant experience and I would consider staying here again

+Cleanness was good and the owner was good, too. Easy Location... Street parking is quite busy. The nearest bakery opens at 6:00 am.

“Exceptional”
+It had everything a tourist needs, from towels, soap, too tee, coffee, oil one so on. Very good location, near the trams and bus stop. Looks exactly as in the pictures.

“Gute Ferienwohnung, guter Preis!”
+Der Balkon,die Lage und Sauberkeit.
−Nachttischlampen wären gut, da das Licht sehr grell war. Auch im Wohnzimmer wäre eine Stehlampe, die dimmbar ist, wohnlicher.

+Die Sauberkeit Die möbel sind hochwertig
−Die Waschmaschine funktioniert nicht und der Geschirrspüler riecht unangenehm. Am schlimmsten war das Badezimmer: Die Dusche war verstopft, ebenso wie das Waschbecken. Zudem ist der Wasserdruck in der ganzen Wohnung zu schwach.
