+Good location, easy to find, clear instructions for check in and check out, the owner was available and responded on time, good furniture, supplied kitchen, TV, towels provided.
−The apartment was on the 5th floor. The elevator was not in a good condition. We always had to take the stairs. The inside of the building was very scary, especially at night, and it always smelled bad. The apartment was not very clean. We found hair in the shower and on the floor. We stayed for 3 nights and we did not have heated water to shower and heat in the room. The only way to warm ourselves was by the AC, which took a lot of time to warm the room. We informed the owner about the situation regarding the cold water from the first day. We were informed the following day that the gas supply for the entire building was currently turned off, which meant that the boiler could not heat the water. That situation affected all the apartments in the building. As you can understand, that was very difficult and unpleasant during our stay. We had to boil water in a small pot so as to not freeze.

−Its was full of bugs and cockroaches, the building needs a thorough cleaning because they just kept coming over and over. The building itself reeks of mold and its in the horrible state.

“AVOID SAVE YOUR MONEY AND BOOK ELSEWHERE!!”
+Leaving.
−The fact the keypad didn’t work, we had to rely on residents returning home or leaving to get into the courtyard, the lift wasn’t exactly safe, the hall smelled of urine and was poorly lit especially on the stairwells, there was building waste outside the door.

“Best place for central fun in the lively area”
+Great place if you want a good lively party. Club is open until 5 am right outside gate of property. Lovely place apart from noise for me as we didn’t expect so much noise.
−Lovey little apartment for the price and staff are helpful when we rang to find it as we couldn’t. Just WhatsApp for any help lovely people.

+The apartment was comfy and very well equipped with everything looking as on pictures. The owner was very nice, responsive and always available for our questions.
−Sadly there were an incredible amount of bugs in the apartment. Half of the time we spent in there we were catching bugs, which made the entire experience unpleasant. When you have bugs crawling over kitchen utensils and on your bed, pillows, towels and just in general all over the place you tend not to enjoy your stay there. Also, the apartment is located on a very loud and busy street especially at night time so if you are a light sleeper who requires peace I would not recommend!

“Cheap and chaotic”
+Location was brilliant, the bed was comfy, once we got the AC working it was very cool, all the facilities were available to us (although cleanliness needs to be reviewed), very spacious and in quiet area.
−If you don’t like pets, don’t come here, pleasantly of cockroaches to choose from. My Doc Martin boot became my personal weapon of choice. Slightly lacking in cleanliness in regard to bedroom mirror, bed sheets and bathroom. Also felt like I was in a horror movie on the way to the apartment, was confusing, do not use the elevator, may not have been updated since soviet times. Though, on the plus side, we had great leg muscles after the 5 flights of stairs.

+It had all the facilities we needed.
−It is located right on the party street and the noise coming from outside is really hard to deal with. The location is great but we didnt know we would have to deal with such noise. Also, in the first night we got really scared of some insects that were in the bathroom and under the bed but we killed them and it was alright:).
