“We had a fantastic stay in Florence”
+It was well furnished and very comfortable for all 6 of us to be able to sit together and chat. The kitchen was very well equipped. It well decorated with unique and fun artwork and fittings. The location was fantastic. So central it made seeing the historic sites and museums etc much easier. The host was very kind and helpful too.

“Great location and beautiful, clean apartment”
+Our stay at this apartment was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect,close enough to easily explore all of Florence’s incredible sights, restaurants, and shops, while still being peaceful and relaxing. The host was exceptional,friendly, welcoming, and incredibly responsive. They met us in front of the property, showed us the apartment and made the entire check-in process simple and stress-free. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay while visiting Florence. It truly made our trip even more memorable, and we would not hesitate to stay here again or recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic place to experience this beautiful city. Thank you for such an amazing stay!

“Great spot and fantastic hosts”
+The property was in a fantastic location and walking distance to the main attractions, the host Serena and her husband were brilliant and met us upon arrival and brought us some fresh pastries the next day and a departure gift also, the were also helpful when we asked for some suggestions for restaurants and places to visit, will definitely recommend this property to friends and family
−The restaurant and car park below was a little noisy early in the morning but the location and host far outweighed this

“It was our first day in Italy. Serena’s hospitality made us feel very welcomed. She checked in on us every other day to”
+Serena received us personally at the apartment to give us a warm welcome and to explain the amenities in the unit. The apartment was spotless, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen fully equipped and super clean. My teenager sons appreciated the bedroom set in the loft with a skylight. I knew I booked the right place when I saw a new set of dishwashing sponge and cloth for our use at the kitchen sink. The location of the apartment was excellent, it sits in the heart of the places of interest - Uffizi gallery was just round the corner. It’s a 20 min leisurely walk to Accademia Gallery or Pizzale Michaelangelo. We stayed there 3 nights and walked the cobblestone streets every day fully taking in what Florence has to offer.
−The digital lock was a little hard to use. We had to try a few times before it unlocked. It could be user problem on our part.

“Great place & location, but "secret bakery" next door loud at night”
+Great location close to everything. Spacious, comfortable, well appointed kitchen. Nice to have loft bedroom for more privacy, all beds comfortable. Access to building easy, on dead end street so quiet during day (see below!) great communication from host
−There is a "secret bakery" adjacent to the property where drunk people come buy pizza and croissants and stand in the street talking loudly from about 1-4 am. Seriously disrupted our sleep. Smelled great though! Even closing the shutters didn't really mitigate it - could even hear on the third floor! Not owners fault and not much she can do but it was a real draw back.
