“I would never stay here again or recommend it to others because it wasn't comfortable.”
+The location was good and dealing with the host was good. Checking in and out were good experiences.
−The kitchen was not properly equipped. One of the beds was horrible. You could feel every spring in the mattress. The walls were so thin you could hear people in the next condo snoring. The dryer took 4 hours to dry a medium load of laundry even though it was getting hot.

“The location was close to the beach, but the parking was very difficult underneath the condo.”
+It had a elevator for people who couldn’t do stairs.
−The parking was very, very difficult.

“It's worth your time and money, one real downside, but the upsides make it worthwhile.”
+It's a great place, well maintained and located perfectly. I really enjoyed 90 percent of the place.
−The walls and roof are very thin. I could hear everything the people above me were doing. Every time they walked it was so loud. I know that's hard to fix, but if there's some foam or something you can put in between the levels it would be great.

“Loved the area. Definitely plan to stay here again.”
+Close proximity to restaurants and shops. Very walkable. Close to beach.
−Parking garage very difficult to get into! We have a larger SUV and it took some maneuvering.

“Overall We were happy with the rental. The parking garage was quite narrow and very challenging.”
+Location was great.
−No visible access to the outdoors; a little gloomy due to the lack of sunshine into the living space
