+Great location in the old town, our host Iker was exceptional. He gave us information about places to visit in around Bermeo, including restaurants, bars and fabulous beaches. He also gave us invaluable advice about using the public transport, which is excellent.

−Property smells of strong tobacco smoke from upstairs apartment and hallway. Hallway is very steep and difficult to manage with kids and luggage.

“Really well equipped apartment in the middle of the old town”
+We chose Bermeo to be able to enjoy slow life, the ocean, the historic touch of the old fishing village, the closeness to both nature and bigger cities of Bilbao and San Sebastian. We got it all and Iker's apartment suited really well - true old town vibe of the house, silence during sleeping hours, all you need utilities were available. As a BONUS: Iker had prepered many recommendations for sightseeing and restaurants (btw best breakfast place of the whole town is just in front of the house), he helped us settle the public parking and even a public transport card was available. The only two things you need to be aware of: 1) the house and the whole town recuire you to love climbing up and down a lot of stairs 2) while driving around, its all uphill or downhill and rather curvy.
−Though it was not a big issue for us, it is a bit uncomfortable to carry your luggage up on the high staircase to the 2nd floor. As the weather was very moody during our stay, it was quite cold at the apartment first, but there were portable radiators available, so that solved it during the colder rainy days.

“Un piso ideal”
+Todo: la distribución, el equipamiento, la ubicación, ... Es un piso súper cómodo y muy bien ubicado en el casco viejo de Bermeo.
−Lo más incómodo es la escalera, quizá demasiado empinada. No obstante es algo menor que a mí modo de ver, no resta valor al piso.

“Excelente estancia en pleno casco viejo de Bermeo”
+Está ubicado en pleno casco viejo, cerca de todo. No se puede circular en coche pero el propietario se encargó de pedir el permiso para evitar ser sancionados. Hay aparcamiento gratuito cercano. El piso está totalmente equipado con lo necesario y está limpio y ordenado. Es fiel a las fotos del anuncio. Iker fue muy atento en todo momento y nos dio buenas indicaciones, sin duda volveremos.

“Tout était parfait !”
+Tout était parfait. Le logement était très bien équipé et propre. Et le propriétaire, Iker, est vraiment très accueillant et sympathique. De plus, il donne d’excellentes recommandations. Ça a été un plaisir de faire sa connaissance.
