−Someone teenagers were already in the room when we arrived, they did a mess of it. The owner sent them away and we been left with the mess. The bathroom its separate from the room, meaning you are passing a shared walkway to get to the bathroom. And we got a very loud group of people in the next room in the last nigh, impossible to sleep. You dont get freesh towels every day, one set for the whole stay. The microwave was broken, tv was broken, air-conditioning was broken.

“Overall, the stay was comfortable even with the small hurdles, and what I really appreciated is how clean it was, and ho”
+It was very clean, the housekeeper was very friendly and kept asking if I needed anything else, the location was good especially for people who are used to being in Florence, for daily necessities like groceries or coffee or medicine everything was nearby. The bed is comfortable and the location is safe.
−Even though the room was in the 1st floor, the stairs were quite long and there is no lift, which doesn’t come handy when lifting luggages, plus the AC does not work on the cooling mode it worked only as a fan even with the help of the housekeeper( it probably got fixed since my stay was in the last week of may). And it takes between 15-30min to go the center by foot which is fine for me especially with the beautiful view and weather.

Szívesen ajánljuk a szállást!
