“Great location and family friendly. Good value for money.”
+We were met at the property by a staff member which was great. Property is in an excellent location, right on the main street. Property was safe as was location.
−Some of the facilities felt a little run down- water in shower did not drain well.

+Place was near the shops which makes easy for us and the pool was clean.
−The policy of noise and we were going with children so it was difficult for us. The light on braai area we didn't see

“Great place but not for us.”
+Xolile, the manager was very friendly and accommodating. Secure location and parking. Large spacious apartment with braai facilities and a shared pool. Right across from supermarket and next to bar/restaurant. Very suitable for large groups/families as there were 2 bathrooms and 2 fridges.
−The beds were unfortunately extremely uncomfortable for us, I personally found the floor tiles softer as that is where I found myself sleeping, but thats just my and my family personal opinion. The bunk bed in my opinion was not safe as the screws were loose and had to tighten with my fingers in order for my child to sleep in the lower bed. The apartment can benefit from AC as it was really warm and the fans in the room did nothing. The ad says private pool however it is shared between resident, I might have misunderstood. Some basics in the house would have helped ie, bar of soap for washing hands, and maybe a small amount of toiletries, shampoo etc. Maybe basics in kitchen like salt/pepper would have been nice as we had to buy them just for 2 days and then dispose of.

+Very good location once you have found the prperty.
−The place is called Turtlehaven but nowhere except at the fron door do you see that name. It is actually Unit 24 in St Lucia Sands. Nowhwere does it indicate thatr it is St Lucia Sands. I wasted nearly 30 minutes trying to find the place. The property is a bit tired and need serious revamping. Especially the main bathroom.

“An awesome accommodation to spend your holiday with family and friends.”
+There was a lady who handed me the keys. She was in contact with me before to make sure she would be there when we arrived. It was very nice she was there to receive us and explain things of the house (and the surroundings) to us
−The smoking weed by the neighbours. That awful smell penetrated our apartment. But this was not the fault of the owners of Turtles Haven. Just another tourist not keeping in mind their neighbours.
