“Great place to stay if you just want to relax and enjoy the weather!”
+Nice clean studio apartment with very comfortable bed and pillows. The kitchenette was reasonably equipped and we used it daily. Large grocery store across street, apt balcony overlooks the parking lot. Reasonably quiet, but you could often hear other people’s music. Enjoyed the hammock on balcony and often went upstairs to the rooftop pool. 20 minute walk to downtown.

“Great small and modern accommodation, A little far from restaurants”
+This is a small but lovely bachelor apartment in Tulum. We rented a car and it has free secure parking just behind the property which was very convenient. The bed was very comfortable, not too hard and not too soft. The balcony was great to sit and even had a hammock. We were able to make breakfast in the morning in the kitchen. And there was plenty of hot water and good pressure in the shower. The rooftop was amazing.
−The microwave in our unit did not work and the host didn't get back to use when we told them. It seemed like an electrical issue. There is only 1 real chair with a back for the mini dining table. Would be nice to have 2 chairs instead of a stool. Location wise it's close to the grocery store but not a lot else. It's over a 20 min walk to "downtown" Tulum and then too far to walk to the beach, so it's best if you have a scooter or a car. Or just plan to take taxis.

+The studio flat was clean, good bed and bed linen, parking, close to the supermarket.
−The is no reception in the building, I left home with all the information send to me printed, which wasn’t enough to find the property. Due to some technical issue my roaming didn’t work when we land in Mexico. The host send the information just a few minutes before we were supposed to check-in. It was a bit of an avoided nightmare if we have the instructions send to us in advance.

“Terrible neighbours, no sleep, very loud”
+Room very nice and clean, good location, all amenities needed.
−We couldn’t get good sleep for the entire stay (4 nights). Surrounding apartments are also short-time rented and there was a non-stop very loud party. Like in high school dorm. People banged at our door in the middle of the night. Avoid of you want to have a normal, docent sleep and didn’t come with brunch of friends for a party.

“Brillant location”
+The staff were very welcoming The place itself was lovely and clean and the apartments are very well kitted also you are so near the bus the supermarket and the beach
−I think the corridors in the apartment block are too dark they should be more welcoming and bright The swimming pool does not open until till 9 am I would have liked to go for an early morning swim at 7 am or at least 8 am

“Would recommend and good value for money”
+The towels were super soft and dried the body extremely quickly. The best thing without a doubt was the bed. One of the compass I have ever slept in and a nice size. Excellent location not too far from downtown and right next to a supermarket. All in all a really nice stay and quick responses from the person
−I did have problems getting the TV to work and also the microwave which would be handy to have some instructions

“Great comfortable apartment with everything you could need.”
+Very comfortable and modern accomodations. Rooftop pool. Just next door to great supermarket which worked well with cooking facilities. Huge comfortable beds Bicycle hire close by. Superb for families.
−At the time we were there the chemical balance in the pool was a bit off - my son was a bit itchy although he did spend over an hour in the water. It was a bit difficult to find as in a large complex. Just read the instructions better than I did and you'll be fine.

“Big potential of the property but needs more maintenance and much better cleaning”
+Very nice and responsive hosts, gave us detailed directions on how to self check in, the room had a nice, tulum vibe to it, very comfortable bed, nice pool with sun beds at the rooftop, allowed for an earlier check-in, parking was very convenient, we could park right at the entrance to the building, well equipped kitchen
−Unfortunately the room was really dirty when we arrived, there was hair and weird brown stains on the floor, sand in the shower and stains on the pillow cases which is unacceptable, when we flagged it to the hosts they apologised and the cleaners came in again but did not clean everything, the floor was still dirty; horrible dust on the air vents; view on the supermarket’s parking lot, weird smell came through the air vents at times, could not flash the toilet quite a few times; a friend who stayed in a different room said he had cockroaches (luckily we didn’t!)

“Nice new apartment, great location.Everthing you need for a pleasant stay”
+Great location, right across from chedraui shopping. Close to walking distance to town. Quiet and nice pool area.
−Not enough towels and toilet paper for 10 days. We were provided with clean laundry after the first 5 days but not enough towels for that.
