“Extremely noisy. Directly next to building sites. Not fit for purpose.”
+The villa was clean.
−The property was next to a building site with a jack hammer and other heavy machinery operating to excavate a large area from 7.30 each morning. The noise made the property completely unusable as a holiday rental. It was totally unbearable and not fit for purpose. There was a second building site to the other side of the property in which builders were creating a new structure; this was less noisy but was still audible from the villa. There was also a third building site further way which added to the din. The host was made aware and told us the noise would only take two days but this wasn't true. We went out on days 1 and 2 to escape the noise. On day 3 the nose continued and we had no choice but to leave to salvage what was left of our family holiday. The host is still unhelpful and has failed to refund our money for this unusable property. Several advertised features of the property were either not operational, or were dysfunctional: 1. The sauna did not work at all. 2. The upstairs 'bedroom' was a maximum 5ft high in the centre, much lower elsewhere, meaning it was not possible to stand up in. “Wonderful Trulli!”
+Location, excellent and quiet. Wonderful newly restored Trulli with great facilities indoors and out. Pool lovely, steam room a bonus after the pool for the colder October days we had. Hosts were responsive and helpful with information and any requests. Would go back. The area is great as well. So much to visit, without many tourists.
−As someone else wrote, a very slight drawback if you were 2 families or couples, as the main room with bed and sofa bed, serves as the living room and the other bedroom is up some stairs from this room, so wouldn't be much privacy. However, perfect for a family!

“Exceptional”
+Beautiful accommodation so peaceful and relaxing. The pool was really big. Bianca was lovely and showed us around. We could have stayed here for months it was so wonderful.

“Es war eine Herausforderung, kein Urlaub”
+Die Ruhe. Wasserdruck und Temperatureinstellung sehr gut, nicht selbstverständlich in Apulien. Bett im E.G. ganz gut. Sofabett ganz ok.
−Hinfahrt ist ein sehr schmaler Schotterweg mit viele Löscher, sehr nervig. Es ist kein Haus, es ist eine Küche mit einem Schlafzimmer und Badezimmer. Es gibt noch ein zweites Badezimmer mit Schlafzimmer auf der erste Etage, der Weg dort hin ist keine Treppe sondern für Climber, Furchtbar. Aussenanlage mit Pool ganz ok, aber nicht über den Rand schauen, dann sieht man nur Baustellen. Pool nicht geheizt, generelles problem in Apulien, nach einem Regentag ist das Wasser Eiskalt. Küchen Ausstattung naja geht so. Villa nur für enge Famillie, bitte nicht mit Freunde, es gibt keine Privatsphäre, nur alles auf einem Haufen. “Wspaniałe miejsce”
+Wspaniałe miejsce! Piękny dom z cudownym basenem. Basen jest duży i czysty a leżaki wygodne. Kuchnia bardzo dobrze wyposażona. Klimatyzacja jest w każdym pomieszczeniu co jest ogromnym plusem. Piękne łazienki i klimatyczna wanna w salonie. Wygodne łóżka. Dom ma mnóstwo oświetlenia do wyboru, co tworzy wspaniały klimat. Jest czysto, wszystko jest zadbane. Dom znajduje się kilka kilometrów od bardzo ładnego miasteczka Putignano. Idealne miejsce na wypoczynek. Dziękujemy!
