+Perfect location, close to the groceries and ev charging, spacious and sunny when the weather allows. It provided all we needed to prepare and rest between 2 hikes. Thanks

“Nice, well located apartment”
+It’s spacious, the beds are comfortable and it’s easy access both to the property and to Odda sentrum
−Shower head is way to weak, there where almost no clothe hangers (we knew the neighbors so we borrowed a few from them and there was no possibility to hang clothes up, owner should consider to hang up hooks so guests don’t have to put their clothes on the floor (only cabinet in one room.) there was no brush to use on dishes. One window in the living room lacked screens. Our biggest issue was how well we heard the upstairs neighbors, walking running on the floor and moving things around, and it was very disturbing in the bedroom next to the stairwell when people were coming and going, the property is stated as soundproofing, that is not true.

+We had a delightful and comfortable two-night stay at this apartment. The location is super convenient, only about a 30-minute drive to the Trolltunga parking area. The house is fully equipped with everything you could need, including a washer and dishwasher that both worked perfectly. The bedding was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a great night's rest after a long day of hiking. On top of that, the view of Odda town right from the window was absolutely stunning! Thank you to the host for such thoughtful arrangements. Highly recommended!

“Not great value and not well maintained”
+Location in close to town.
−For over $300 a night it was underwelming: - I was assigned level 3 it had no lift. - the shower glass and skirting did not look clean - the room is not well maintained with scuffs, chips and dints everywhere - dishwasher wasn't emptied by room service when I arrived - level is also very small due to the slanted roof

−Our stay ended up being cut short due to bad weather, we decided to head to our next destination early since the conditions wouldn't allow us to do any of the activities we'd planned. As a result, we spent more time in the room than expected, which gave us a real chance to assess what we were paying for. The room itself was very basic. The small kitchen came with minimal utensils, cookware, and dishware, if you plan to cook, be prepared to buy almost everything yourself, as even basic staples like salt weren't provided. The bed was simple, and the two pillows were flat and lacked any real comfort. Our room was on the 3rd floor with no elevator, so be ready to carry your luggage up three flights of stairs. Our main reason for the low rating, though, is the price. Given the level of amenities and comfort provided, we don't feel the stay was worth what we paid.
