10.0“Lovely apartment, great for the dog having its own courtyard and a really good location”
+Loved the decoration, bed was very comfortable and I love the bath
−The only thing I could fault is that it was a bit dusty in places e.g. corners of the room, on the artificial flowers etc.

7.0“I was here for the marathon so it was a functional stay, not pleasure!”
+Brilliant location to station and York centre. Really appealing entrance kitchen and bathroom. Loved the history and photos on the wall re past of the property. Good welcome letter and instructions easy to follow and worked well both getting in and what to do with say heating and leaving.
−Street noise is off-puttingly high. Woken on Friday and Saturday nights by boisterous folk. So close to bedroom wall/window. Bad smell in the property on arrival. TV was not tuned to UK channels and I could not get BBC despite re tuning all. Towel rail in bathroom does not get hot. For such a lovely kitchen area the oven was poor. Can you add a radio in kitchen area? Big clock did not work. No recycling bin outside, I carefully separated all but on leaving could not find anywhere to put what was recyclable.

10.0+It was a charming period cottage with lovely furniture and finishes. Great location. Close to everything in all directions. Large comfy bed. Good, well equipped kitchen. Nice outdoor courtyard. Double glass windows to keep the street noise down.
−It was very warm so we needed the windows open which made it quite noisy. It was difficult to wash your face in the handbasin due to the shelf above.

6.0“Disapointing”
+Great location.
−States there is a bbq, there is not. And apprently never has been one even though it says there is. Garden is very dirty, we couldnt even use the sun loungers as they were hung on the wall covered in dirt and cobwebs. Mass amount of spider webs in the garden, it could really do with a clean up. Shower screen door was broken. The bed makes so much noise when you roll over during the night. Floor was very dirty. Early one morning someone entered the garden to water the plants. Which was strange and intrusive.

+What a historic place. Great location and attention to detail. Bed so comfy I photographed the shopping tags to replicate ….Loved our stay.
−Outside are wasn’t quite what I expected and no shower gel /shampoo… but Sainsbury’s was just a short walk away.

9.0“Lovely cosy flat in a great location. We were sad to leave and would stay again without hesitation.”
+The property was in a great location for the train station and for getting to all the attractions of York on foot. The area felt safe and was very quiet. The bed was the most comfortable bed ever! The kitchen was well equipped and the lounge was spacious, warm and comfortable. We didn't use the outside area, but imagine in the Summer time it would be lovely.
−The main niggle was the bathroom sink which was small and very awkward to actually wash in, due to the glass shelf and soap dish placed above it. Not a fan of rain type showers either tbh. We couldn't reach the crockery in the tall kitchen cupboards - could do with a fold away step stool. A full sized oven would also be a welcome addition. There were a few dusty areas and there were some cobwebs - particularly high up around the skylights.

10.0“Fantastic little Gem with added bonus of outdoor area.”
+Fantastic. Kitchen has everything you could possibly need and beautiful bathroom and bedroom. The partly covered outdoor space was ideal for cover from the rain. A lovely touch of a bottle of wine to welcome us and good communication. Loved it and hope to book again. Only 1 thing, tv only had 7 channels tuned in, but prime worked and it didn’t bother us (sure if we had mentioned it, would have been sorted).
