“The owner in unresponsive the single bed was broken hot water doesn’t work terrible quality”
+The location was great and it was spacious
−The hot water wouldn’t come the owner was unresponsive I checked in late at 11 pm and I requested to checkout 1 hour late and he was still unresponsive there for I had to checkout early with my 3 kids he was unresponsive he still hasn’t responded also the single bed was broken.

“A place under the rock in the city center in the middle of the Alps.”
+Sometimes the place where you arrive is more important than a five-star hotel. Trento is my dream. The place in the middle of the Alps, so I didn't look for a hotel. I was looking for a home, and I found it. We were a family with children. By car and motorcycle. The apartment is quiet. On the first floor of a three-floor building. With a cute yard in front, where there is free and spacious parking. It was a nice quiet place to stay in charming Trento. We are people from a flat country. We have no mountains. That's why the rock next to the house, which literally hangs over the city, repeatedly caught my eye. It's beautiful. The accommodation has a room, a studio where you can cook for yourself, which is important for children, and bathroom. There is a patio where you can taste local wines. The room is small, but cozy, like a mouse's kidney. 20 minutes on foot and you are in the city center in the heart of the Alps. Wonderful. Come here.
−Pay attantion. There is no air conditioner in the appartment. If you are from nother country, you can be surprised with Italian summer temperature. The bed in the studio might be a bit better. It is good for sitting, but not for sleeping.

“Soggiorno top, a pochi minuti dal centro”
+Ho prenotato questo appartamento per mia zia, dove tra l’altro avevo già soggiornato trovandomi molto bene, è stato molto utile avere le colonnine per la ricarica dell’auto vicino casa, avendo lei la macchina elettrica .. L’area verde vicino a casa è molto bella e curata, piacevole per fare camminate anche lungo l’adige. L’appartamento inoltre è a pochi minuti dal centro anche a piedi.

“Appartamento zona centrale molto comodo e comfortevole”
+Parcheggio proprio di fronte all’appartamento, molto comodo. Ho apprezzato molto l’area verde vicino all’ appartamento, piacevole per fare passeggiate tranquille.

−Appartamento poco pulito, materassi scomodissimi, macchinetta del caffè inesistente. Mi hanno chiesto un supplemento di 15 euro per il cane quando nella descrizione era segnato che i cani potevano soggiornare gratuitamente.

+Posizione, comodità, parcheggio per l’auto privato di fianco. Lo staff è stato molto disponibile e reattivo. Molto comodo anche il self check-in e check-out. Ci siamo trovati bene
