+It’s was lovely looking out to the sea brilliant location ideal for a couple
−It wasn’t anything I didn’t like about the property however I would say magnets on the cupboard need to be renewed as sometimes when in bed they would just pop open

“This could be a great apartment as it’s in a nice location with a nice pool area. But it’s needs a total make over”

−The apartment wasn’t the cleanest the bed linen was old and looked dirty Under the bed was filthy as was the sun bed on the balcony The bathroom tiles in the shower was also dirty and all laminate floor needs replaced

“Great apartment for price”
+I loved the location of the property. Very close to loads of bars and restaurants and right on the beach front. Pool area was great nice and peaceful and not too crowded. Balcony was lovely and spacious we loved sitting out there and watching the beach.
−Property was in need of a bit of a refurbishment tiles in the bathroom were yellowed floor boards cracked ect, but wasn’t to bad for the price. We seen 6-7 cockroaches in the apartment during are stay however when we got there the owner did ring us to tell us it had been treated 3 times for cockroaches but that some may still be there. There was also loud building work going on in the apartment above us which started about 9 in the morning however this is probably out of the owners control

“Excellent studio in a brilliant location”
+Excellent studio in a brilliant location. The Hosts were very helpful and responded very quick to any questions we had good communications with check in details. The studio was very well equipped had everything we needed. The studio is in a great location right on the sea front with an excellent views from the very big balcony.
−The studio is starting to look a little tired, Could do with new floor, Kitchen cupboards do not close properly, Tiles in bathroom could be changed but these would not stop us staying again and recommending this studio to others.

“Fantastic location, shame about the cleanliness”
+The location was fantastic and the best thing about this apartment with the big balcony and a lovely sea view. It is over a restaurant but it was never noisy, the most you would hear was some music starting at 9am. The area was busy but not noisy and close to restaurants and shops.
−Unfortunately there were several things I didn't like about this apartment which would make me not want to return again. 1. The listing for this apartment on booking.com stated that there would be daily housekeeping so I thought that would include towel changes and a bed sheet change. On day 2 no house keeping had shown up so I contacted Yury and he advised that there is no daily housekeeping and this was an error on booking.com so he removed this. He advised that there was a washing machine there to clean towels and sheets. I advised him that the washing machine was mouldy and that I tried to clean it but it was clear that it had not been used or cleaned in a very long while. Due to this and the advertisement of daily housekeeping I asked if clean towels and sheets could be dropped off maybe once throughout our week stay. The response I got was not very nice with Yury stating that this must be the first time I've ever looked into a washing machine and that this happens to all equipment after a couple months of use. However if I was not sure then I should not use it. Needless to say I didn't respond to Yury after this response. 2. Cleanliness when we first came in was not the great

“Fantastic location, fabulous large balcony, comfy bed, we hope to stay again”
+We loved the apartment and will hopefully be back. It was comfortable, the large balcony was brilliant. The bed was comfortable. It was equipped with everything we needed, including beach towels.
−There were a few areas where we thought it could be cleaner, there was a lot of dust under the bed and on skirting boards. The tiles in the shower had some mould and some of the kitchen cupboards didn't close properly, we thought these things could be easily rectified so are worth mentioning.
