+I really loved the modern, stylish décor and the fact that the property felt warm, clean and homely. The bedding was lovely and clean, and everything was easy to use, including the hot water. The location was great, being so close to the beach, and having on-street parking directly outside was a real bonus. I also really appreciated how quickly the parking was sorted for us. The games provided were a lovely touch, and we particularly enjoyed the complimentary snacks, which was a really thoughtful addition.
−There were only a few minor things that would have made the stay even better. A small freezer would have been really useful, as we bought pizza for the children but had nowhere to store it and unfortunately had to throw it away. It would also have been helpful to have some spare bin bags, cling film and a little information about the bin collection days. The only other slight drawback was the level crossing when leaving Worthing, as the lights can take quite a long time, which made getting out of the area a little frustrating at times. None of these were major issues, though.

“Lovely flat in a quiet spot”
+The apartment was bright, airy, modern and really comfortable. The area was relatively quiet and felt quite private. The little touches like the extra snacks was really lovely and my son enjoyed them the most. Communication with the hosts was easy and they responded straight away making me feel confident had I needed anything on my stay.
−There was a slight drain smell on entering the flat and the following day lingered a bit but subsided by the 3rd day on leaving. The sound from guests downstairs travelled a bit and could hear them talking quite clearly. They didn't seem to be up too late at night or too early in the morning so not so bad but sometimes sounded like they were in the next room.

“Excellent all round”
+The apartment is an excellent location, overlooking a green in a quiet residential area. It's very tastefully decorated and has great kitchen facilities, with adequate parking directly outside. (Message the host for a permit) The beds are comfortable and it was so good my sister and I came back and stayed again whilst we were needing to be in the area for family. Highly recommend.
