+Location (quiet, still close to multiple good restaurants and grocery stores), facilities.

+We visited with my spouse to celebrate a very special day. The location was excellent and the hosts were very nice and welcoming. The roof terrace is amazing.
−The room was rather noisy but the location comes at a cost.

+Townhouse 7 is all what we like, expect from a holiday home. The location is perfect, small village, not too touristic, with facilities, restaurants, grocery shops, site seeing places close by… the house itself is very comfortable for 2. Well equipped, super clean, the bed is so comfy, the rooftop : perfect for breakfast, lunch, nap… and our host was so helpful for recommendations. Thank you Sandra for sharing your cute holiday house!

+Das Häuschen ist nett eingerichtet, es liegt gut als Ausgangspunkt für die Erkundung Maltas
−Da gibt es Einiges: das Bett war eine Katastrophe. Man kann sich nicht bewegen, ohne dass der Andere aufwacht. Unser beider Rücken ist nachhaltig beleidigt nach dieser Woche. Die Ausstattung der Küche lässt schwer zu wünschen übrig. Wenn man selber kochen möchte ist man sehr limitiert. Der Kühlschrank - ohnehin schon klein - ist zu einem Drittel belegt mit einer Koste, die verschlossen ist und die laut Anweisung im Kühlschrank bleiben muss. Es gibt keinen Föhn. Die Dusche ist leider auch echt ein Problem. Es kommt kaum Wasser aus der Brause. Haarewaschen ist eine echte Herausforderung. Die Möbel haben insgesamt ihre besten Zeiten hinter sich (siehe Schrankbild). Und dann findet man in der Infomappe eine Liste mit Preisen für das Mobiliar (sollte etwas kaputt gehen). Die Preise sind wirklich abstrus. Man fühlt sich nicht so richtig willkommen. Das allerschlimmste war allerdings der Lärm ums Haus herum. Jeden Morgen vor 6 Uhr begann der Terror und hörte oft bis weit in die Nacht hinein. Wir haben keine einzige Nacht einen erholsamen Schlaf finden können. Die beiden Kneipen links und rechts der Unterkunft tun ihr Übriges dazu. Dass überall im Erdgeschoss Feuchtigkeit eingedrungen ist

+Tolle Lage mitten im Ort aber trotzdem ruhig. Fernab der Tourismusströme. 2 kleine Supermärkte und mehrere Restaurants fußläufig. Hervorzuheben das "Diar il-Bniet" und "Merkanti Village". Mit Busanbindung Richtung Flughafen und Rabat/Medina vorbei an den Cliffs und der blauen Grotte. Große Dachterrasse.
−Doppelbett etwas schmal.

“Malta flair...”
+It was like coming home. This house is awesome. It has everything you need and much more. There was s self check in with a clear and friendly communication with the host. The view from the top was a highlight. And here you can stay in a quite place, with a welcome Malta flair, with local people. I can recommend this place. Thank you for keeping it so nice and clear.

“10 giorni TOP a Malta!”
+La casa è meravigliosa, dettagli curatissimi, super pulita,in una posizione comoda per visitare tutta l'isola e per ammirare tramonti stupendi. Per chi noleggia l'auto facilissimo trovare parcheggio al contrario del resto dell'isola! Io e mia moglie abbiamo lasciato un pezzo di cuore in questa casa!

“Tolle Tage in Dingli”
+Tolles kleines Häuschen mitten in einer kleinen Altstadt. Der Dorfplatz ist gleich vor der Tür, so dass man mitten im Geschehen ist:-). In der Nachbarschaft hat es alles was man für den täglichen Bedarf benötigt (Supermarkt, Apotheke, Restaurants) Auch ein Parkplatz ist eigentlich immer zu finden.
−Keine Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer vorhanden...aber ein Ventilator an der Decke.

“A wonderful and comfortable stay in a quiet location with everything needed for a relaxing holiday.”
+It was a really nice stay. The apartment was clean and had everything you need for a smooth and comfortable stay. The area is quiet, and the bus stop is only a 2-minute walk away. There are only small local grocery stores nearby, so if you want to do bigger shopping, it is worth going to Rabat. However, you can find almost everything you need in the smaller shops. There is a church next to the house, and you should be aware that the bells start ringing from around five in the morning. For me, it was actually a nice addition , a wonderful natural alarm clock. However, if you are a light sleeper, it is something to take into consideration.
−I didn't find anything unpleasant during my stay. The only small thing to mention is that the water pressure in the upstairs bathroom was not very strong, but it didn't bother me.
