−I have requested an invoice 3 times and the owner has stopped replying despite requesting this straight away. He said he would send it then stopped replying. This was a trip for business purpose so an invoice is needed for tax reasons. Booking.com doesn't help either. The flat is in poor condition amd smells like mould, I would highly avoid if your thinking about booking. No support from owner, poor service!

“Worse than a hostel”

−Smell not good. Far from train station. Key box work not good, door is thin and not secure. Someone knock the door in that morning but no response when I asked, then come in by key without any other voice. Just push to check out when I was dressing.

−The toilet seat is broken and the flat is quite run down, not worth the price paid for it in my opinion. The sofa is all springs and the bed isn't very comfortable.

“This is a scam”
+Either the wrong key was in the lock box or the lock was tampered with. The phone number given was a fake phone number that still doesn’t work and none of my emails were responded to, even two days later. This is clearly a scam
−It was in a very rough block of flats. I never got into the flat itself but the hole in the door suggested I might not be the first person to fail to get in.

−It is too hot in there, it has a disgusting smell, the ceiling in the kitchen had fallen in, the oven didnt work, there were no forks and on arrival there was no hot water

“Fantastic location, nice flat and perfect for our stay”
+Great space with everything you need for a getaway. Responsive vendor and had nice little touches such as condiments etc. easy to get to the property and no hassle with late check-ins as you can arrive at any time due to the self check in procedure. Was within the town which is the added bonus as you could walk across to the shopping mall. Overall a pleasant, clean and friendly service. Thank you
