“Smashing.”
+Absolutely spotless apartment. Everything I needed for a two night stay after walking the Fife coastal path. Conveniently placed for local transport. Very comfortable bed. Good, clear communication with the property owners

−Struggled to find the door to the property, google maps, and street view took us to a different building and what3words also didn’t take us to the property. We found it, and we weren’t disappoint!! Absolutely beautiful

“Fantastic apartment”
+Lovely apartment, very clean and well kept. Really appreciated the small touches like teabags, coffee pods and biscuits! The area is very clean and quiet and there is a small car park specifically for the apartment so no searching for a space. Emma was easily contactable and gave us great information before we arrived and upon leaving.
−Just to note, there are no eating places open in the evening in Newburgh so you have to have a designated driver to go out for a meal. There is a Chinese takeaway in Newburgh and other takeaways nearby that will deliver, just no sit down meals anywhere.

+The amenities were fabulous and was close to where we were going. The host was great. Nothing was an issue. Any questions they responded quickly and efficiently. I would go back again. It was close to all the amenities. The local bakery and butchers were lovely.

+From location to cleanliness and comfort, it was absolutely fantastic! Everything was thoroughly thought out and provided. Couldn’t ask for a better accommodation!
−It was a bit of a challenge to locate the car park as well as the door to the property. it, Directions to both could be explained a little better.

“Wonderful apartment in a quaint town with everything you need!”
+The location was great - quiet little town with good options for breakfast close by. The beds and pillows were really comfortable and everything was very well equipped. The host was very responsive for any questions we had, and left a thorough guide with recommendations to enhance our stay. People do mention issues with the shower draining, we found that by slightly reducing the water pressure you could still take a great shower and have no problems with it. I would absolutely stay here again.
−The furniture in the living room (the chairs) were a bit uncomfortable, and the floors upstairs are very creaky so if you need to use the bathroom in the middle of the night you do create some noise. That being said, the bedroom doors block a lot of sound. There was one option for dinner in town but plenty in the neighboring towns (15-20 minute drive).

“Lovely place to stay”
+It was a lovely place to stay and central for our requirements. Rooms all comfortable large bathroom.
−The shower tray needs to be looked at I do know we were advised of the issue however my husband has dementia so kept forgetting so we had a leak on one night.

“Exceptional”
+We had a nice time, very good location, near to many attractions like Dundee, Stirling castle, Edinburgh, St Andrews and more. House is very comfortable and clean with everything what we needed. Very quiet place. Near shop, Chinese take away, Lindores Abbey Distillery and public park. Highly recommended!!
