“An excellent accommodation which will be my first choice if in similar need in the future.”
+The reasonably quiet location. The host being in contact with clear, friendly advice. The cleanliness and good decoration. The few essentials in the kitchen cupboards left by previous guests, which I added to myself (I think this is good to encourage) The close proximity of Tesco & Sainsburys Express'.
−I may have missed seeing a note of this when booking. I thought I was under the impression that it was a ground floor apartment. But I later discovered that I was on the third floor. If being given the third floor apartment it would be good to be warned at the time of booking about of the long, steep staircase, with steps which are shallow and not quite level. I am 62, strong and slim, and I managed my luggage up them, but to some people these may prove too great a challenge.

“A cosy, comfortable spot in a great location! fab!”
+The location is ideal for work or tourists. We loved the fact that it was self contained as we were up early and returning late for work and this ment we didn't disturb anyone else. Check in and out was brilliant. Having a fridge was great as I have to keep my medication chilled and most hotel rooms in the UK don't include fridges. We were very happy with this studio and will use it again. Thanks for a great stay.
−Over all this place is great, but to really take it to the next level especially in the summer months would be for the Veluxe windows to have blinds please. As the sun comes up at 04:30am and it wakes you up, after a few hours of getting in late from working (I know this situation is perhaps unique to us). A wall mounted bedside light would be very useful rather than having to get out of bed to turn the main light off please. I noticed a wall socket behind the bed so a fairly quick solution would be to purchase something from Ikea. Last but not least please could there be some tea spoons. Thank you for a great stay.

“Just a pass - I would not stay again”
+Close enough to the city so I could walk into work Additional heating provided to avoid being cold But the studio/room itself was a converted garage at the back/end of someone's garden. It was quite noisy you could hear when people walked past on the road... you literally felt like you were sleeping on the side of the road
−Damp smell, property heavily used could do with a touch up. Certain parts like the door unto the garden behind the clothes rack you could tell had not been cleaned for months is not years and had nlack mould on the edges. The skylight meant I couldn't sleep too well as there was constant sun light and no way of closing it. Bathroom, shower, toilet etc all had seen better days. The extractor fan was the worst - extremely loud noise and DUSTY needs a good clean if not completely being replaced. I personally would not stay again

“Questa casa vale la pena solo per la posizione. Per quel prezzo mi sarei aspettata qualcosa in più.”
+La posizione è fantastica, a 5 min dalla fermata di bus e metro. Per chi viaggia come noi con solo zaino, è stato fondamentale che ci fosse la lavatrice.
−Casa abbastanza sporca, i cuscini scomodissimi, le stanze non sono due, è un monolocale con un muro divisorio. C'è odore di muffa sempre, e non si possono aprire le finestre, se non quelle sul tetto. La ventola del bagno ha due dita di polvere, gli scarichi si intasano sia della doccia che del lavandino.

+L'emplacement et le calme de la rue malgré la proximité de la city, les équipements du logement et la décoration. A savoir: le logement est au rez de chaussée
−Le manque de rideau occultant sur les velux et fenêtres, les évacuations de la douche et du lavabo qui mériteraient d'être entretenu, le système de déverrouillage de la porte d'entrée qui fonctionne rarement du 1er coup.

“London hat viel zu bieten, da verbringt man sehr wenig Zeit in der Unterkunft.”
+Sehr zentrale Lage. Fußläufig zur Themse. Viele öffentliche Verkehrsmittel in der Nähe.
−Im Hinterhof haben sich Anwohner eine Art Küche eingerichtet, die auch nachts genutzt wird. Am schlimmsten war die ganztägige Lärmbelästigung durch drei sehr laute Kühlschränke/ Truhen und die Waschmaschine direkt vor dem Fenster der Unterkunft. Wenn man lüften wollte, dann musste man dies über sich ergehen lassen. Vor dem Haus lag viel Müll und die Mülltonnen standen vor dem zweiten Fenster. Diese Lieblosigkeit scheint sich durch die gesamte Nachbarschaft zu ziehen. Das ist schade, weil die Wohngegend insgesamt sehr nett und sicher wirkt.
