“Good value for money”
+The bed was pretty comfy to sleep on, and the apartment was very spacious! The location had several lovely bakeries and delicious restaurants nearby! The property owner was friendly and helpful even though he didn’t speak any English, and he was also available for assistance when needed.
−The location was 45+ minutes away from the city and getting there from the airport was 1 train and 2 busses, so not super central. In the property itself there were stains on the couch and a dirty razor left under the bed among other things. The pillows need to be replaced, they are literally falling apart. The small things added up but if addressed would make a nice difference to the stay. FYI this is 3 floors up so keep that in mind when considering.

“Very good.”
+It’s big, well-equipped, and the bed is lovely.
−Upon arrival, it was raining extremely heavily, so I did not have the chance to get cash out to pay the tourist tax. So, I asked if I could pay it the next day - and the host declined, so I had to go back out into the rain. It’s not a massive deal - but a little bit more flexible would have been nice.

+A very spatious apartment, with shops and restaurants very nearby. It was easy to take the trams into the center of Rome.

“Brilliant apartment 👏”
+Very comfortable stay. Good value for money. The host was very helpful and waited for us to arrive and checked in to ensure everything was going well. Host showed us around and was friendly. Some toiletries were provided, which was very helpful. Property was clean. Big fans to keep us cool in the August heat. Would definitely recommend it. Shops and recycling bins outside very close by. Cooking utensils provided. Tram, bus and Metro close by. All are frequent.
−Be prepared to only cook on the gas hobs as there is no oven. Also, bring an adapter for the TV if you want to watch Netflix, youtube ect...

“Would stay again”
+Short tram ride to Roma Termini which was ideal. Very spacious apartment which has a washing machine. Bathroom was nice new and modern however we did have an incident where the shower door shattered however the host was amazing and cleared up all the glass within 40 minutes of it happening. This of course was a freak incident but the host was incredible in sorting it out. Host was lovely all round and we didn’t have an issue with the language barrier. Loved watching the planes out the window. Bed was comfy. We didn’t feel unsafe in the location like other reviews suggested though did hear a couple of arguments from apartment. Apartment is quite quiet though once all windows shut.
−The TV didn’t work for us and would’ve had to move it to get power. Kitchen could do with some more amenities (like a chopping board, knifes, microwave, etc) and was a bit dated though we didn’t really mind.

“Below average, spacious at good price.”
+Spacious for up to 3/4 people. Hence, good value.
−Cleanness is questionable, I had to clean the bathroom a bit at first. Towels were not dry yet when we arrived. Kitchen things are not complete to do a basic breakfast or else. If you have an issue climbing stairs, this apartment is in the 4th floor without an elevator.

“trés bone séjour pour une 1ère à Rome”
+logement spacieux. hôte facile à joindre et compréhensible. vous aurez environs une quarantaine de minutes à faire pour vous rendre au centre de Rome. mais des bus et métro desserve le centre assez facilement, de jour comme de nuit. pensez cependant à vérifier pour la nuit car le transport risque d'être un peu plus long que la journée. environs 50mn.

+Posizione buona, meglio se in auto. Casa senza grandi pretese ma buona. Nulla da dire.
−Il divano letto non è ideale per 2 adulti. Cambiando questo la struttura fa un salto di qualità.
