+We stay in this apartment for a few days and we loved it. We enjoyed the eclectic art collection and feel of the place. It was very clean and comfortable. Location was great, close to train station and the town centre. Check in and communication was very good and easy. Very quiet, despite being very close to shops and restaurants. Thank you for the lovely memories.

−The kitchen cupboard was a bit of a guddle to try and find things. Some crockery needed washing...

−not clean the sheets and towels were good the bathroom was not clean. we took years of residual dirt from the shower outlet because the shower tray overflowed No lights in the bedroom. we moved the lamps around. but they would not fit in the sockets my husband is an electrical engineer. the only compatible EIu socket was in the kitchen. we had I pads phones and kindles. not sure what else ti say. I have photos to follow if required all the owners personal items are in the apartment

−O sistema de aquecimento estava desligado e depois de reclamar a pessoa foi ate la para ligar pelo menos agua das pias e do chuveiro mas a parte interna de aquecimento continuou desligada e passamos muito frio ja que agora a Italia esta no inverno. Alem disto a chave da porta de entrada é muito dificil de manusear e as instrucoes sobre vaga na garagem nao eram tao claras (a garagem nao indica a direcao dos boxes - voce tem que procurar um por um para encontrar seu lugar). A garagem tambem fica ha 3 ou 4 quarteiroes do apartamento que fica numa area restrita que nao entra carro e voce tem que ir caminhando. Para quem como nos possuir mais de uma mala é uma super dor de cabeça… A pessoa nis deu um desconto de uma diaria da garagem $20 euros pela dor de cabeca do sistema de aquecimento mas fica longe do frio que passamos dentro do apartamento. Se forem no inverno, levem muitos casacos e cobertas.

+Tengo que aclarar que no ocupe las instalaciones de Topazio,no se porque,pero en su defecto pero dieron un departamento mejor ubicado y creo que mas amplio del cual quede satisfecho. Inconvenientes podemos tener cualquiera, pero esta gente lo resolvio de la mejor manera.

“Un appartamento arredato con cuore in locazione perfetta”
+Un appartamento tranquillo e bellissimo pochi minuti dalla spiaggia e dalla stazione dei treni in una strada piccola. La cucina è attrezzatissima e anche tutto il resto era arredato con cuore e con attenzione ai dettagli.I due bagni erano puliti, dentro con tutte le cose necessarie, addirittura lavatrice e asciugacapelli, c’erano. Anche se fuori faceva caldo, la casa rimaneva bella fresca dentro. Grazie per l’ospitalità, l'anno prossimo torneremo sicuramente.
