+We had a fantastic stay! The apartment is modern, well-equipped, and beautifully decorated, very cozy and practical. Everything was very clean, and the location couldn’t have been better. The host was very attentive and helpful. I would definitely recommend it!

+Great location, really close to city center. Very comfortable appartment and furniture! Lot of things that were useful for us: microwave, good fridge, even dehumidifier :) Extra thanks for a small book with city guide! It was surpisingly helpfull and full of insights, better than you would expect from such guide!
−Water in shower can stay for too long on the floor, but it will go away eventually. Other than that everything is very good in appartment!

+This is apartment is SUPERB! From the layout, the design, the facilitates and the location, everything, and I mean EVERYTHING, is fantastic. The apartment is equipped with everything you might need for a short or long stay in Sofia. The 2 air conditioners are great, as is the WiFi, a fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, cooker & oven, microwave, coffee machine, iron & ironing board and not to mention the 2 TV's, yes there's 2! All in all, a very well equipped apartment to make your stay that little bit more homely. You are provided with a key and a grey chip/fob for the front door of the building, while the red chip/fob allows entry to the apartment. The key and chips/fobs are located in a lock box on the outside of the apartment block. All very convenient if/when anyone is arriving at differing times or maybe delayed. Set on a quiet side street, yet only a couple of minutes walk away from the ever lively and popular Vitosha Boulevard (pedestrianised street), where there's numerous restaurants, with outdoor seating to choose from. Also, within the immediate vicinity of the apartment, you have a LIDL supermarket, a 24hr (Non Stop) convenience store, a bakery and also some lovely loc
−It wasn't a problem for me, but there are stairs to contend with to reach the apartment. Just think of them and accept them as your daily exercise plan and you won't even know they exist. :)
