“Good location for this well equipped apartment.”
+Good location in picturesque part of Split. Very well equipped including for eating in. Warm online welcome from host. The provision of leaflets, maps and information about the split card meant we could explore the local area beyond the immediate tourist attractions, for example Marjan Hills before the tourist office opened after the weekend, and Solano.
−View from balcony was over car park (but there was a lovely pocket park down first alleyway on right as you go downhill). Difficult to see each setting for the hob due to only one flickering light above it.

+- Very close to central, maybe 10-15 minutes walk, great location overall - Fully equipped kitchen with mini fridge - Laundry machine which was very handy, they left some tablets to use which was a great plus - Small balcony with a view - Air Conditioning A/C was great - Friendly and communicative host - Towel provided
−- It's quite a hike up there for older people, nothing too much but worth noting - Shower room was a bit odd, not sure why is it that why, maybe can be a normal shower curtain instead

“Cozy studio and friendly host in perfect location.”
+Very nice and cozy studio - you feel instantly being "at home". The host was friendly and organised us a taxi on arrival. Easy communication with her! The location is perfect: quiet neighborhood yet near old town's activities. A bakery and a good mini market are close.
−To get to the shower cabin could be difficult to a bigger person - very tight doorway.

+Average throughout but everything you needed for cooking was there. Bed was comfortable,kitchen was clean and compact.
−No instructions for appliances,power supply on one side of the kitchen was broke and wasn’t repaired eve though we told the owner

“Good value for money”
+Location is the best. Just a 10 min walk through the small streets and you are at the seaside riva, where is everything - shops, restaurants, cafes, and mostly the meeting points for day trips if you take any. The apartment itself is small, but has everything that you need for a short stay (towels, air conditioning, kettle, microwave, your own bathroom).
−The walls are thin, you can hear neighbours, especially if they are sitting outside in the terrace

“Great apartment with shared terrace. Lovely host”
+Lovely equipped apartment. Exceptionally clean with great facilities- washing machine, all cleaning products and toiletries in abundance. A shared terrace with the other apartments was kept clean and tidy. It was a great way to meet the other residents. A 10 minute walk into the town centre. Lovely , helpful , chatty host. Nothing was too much trouble.

“Great place with great location. Loved it !”
+Our room was 2 level- the room itself and a kitchen and french balcony upstairs. Both floors had air con. The place is very cozy, clean and modern. I loved it so much. Its very close to city center. Basically it is actually the city center. We had all needed for cooking tools, table, chair enough space for 2 people not to get irritated from each other xD. The finding and accessing the room was extremely easy.
−To be honest eveythig was beyond my expectations for the price. The price and quality are tight matched. However , i must say that there was a odor coming from the sink. Not something that i noticed, but my mom. After she told me i noticed it too, but this is just something that i would have to bring something to improve. To me this place is 11 out of 10 and i would come here once again if i return to Split.
