+The location is very good, close to many stores and public transport, I liked the size of the apartment, balcony as well as the fact that it had bathtub. The bed was comfy and there were plenty of lights. Basic stuff in kitchen was there for cooking, the good thing was both microwave and oven and a very spacious fridge. The drink, chocolate and water on welcome was very nice gesture and made us smile :)
−I think the apartment is great and was clean but there could be more deep cleaning done, such as limescale, floors etc. We did have to fill up basic things like toilet papers, shower gel etc ourselves.

“Disappointing”

−I am surprised that this apartment had good reviews. Pictures in the booking platform did match the actual apartment but the walls were a bit dirty. The apartment looked clean on surface but I had a feeling it was not really clean so it was not comfortable. The toilet had a weird smell. First, there was no storage place in case you arrive early or your flight going back to your country is late. This made me realize the importance of booking a hotel instead of an apartment. Second, upon arriving and entering the place wherin we will stay for 5 days and 4 nights, we were welcomed by 2 towels, 2 small sachet of body wash, 1 small sachet of lotion, 1 small circle of bar soap and 3 rolls of tissue. I used up one sachet of body wash in one shower. I looked in the drawers, no additional towels available for use. On our last day, my partner saw one towel in the cabinet under the TV which we’re not even sure if it is clean. We had to buy shower gel on our 2nd day and tisssue roll on our 4th day. We left the remaining shower gel and tissue there and I hope this gesture leaves a sign to the owner that they need to provide more supplies for their guests. Having to call someone or go to the boo

+Залишилися задоволені перебуванням в апартаментах. Дуже зручне розташування: поруч є метро, а до центру міста можна швидко та без проблем дістатися пішки. Гарний вигляд з вікна. Відносно спокійний район.
−З недоліків: хотілося б, щоб прибирання було дещо ретельнішим, оскільки чистота могла бути на кращому рівні. Також під час нашого перебування не працював холодильник, що створювало певні незручності. Тримачі для рушників були погано закріплені.

“В целом, все было хорошо”
+Мне очень понравился вид из окна!) В такой давольно темной квартире - он смотрелся просто идеально!
−Отсутствие дополнительных мусорных пакетов, полное отсутствие капсул в посудомойку) я думала, что уже давно везде есть такие простые вещи, в особенности в местах, где есть посудомойка, а дней проживания не так много) могли бы оставить хотя бы то количество капсул, сколько дней мы там находились)

+Super miejsce pod zwiedzanie autem pięknej Słowenii. Śniadania pyszne i urozmaicone. Personel bardzo uprzejmy. Pokuj czysty i przestronny z wygodnym spaniem.

“Охайні, просторі і затишні апартаменти з усім необхідним для відпочинку з сім'єю”
+Апартаменти знаходяться у тихому спальному районі недалеко від метро. Поряд також можна поснідати у затишному кафе Pompas. Самі арартаменти чисті і просторі. Окрім зазначених зручностей, господарі залишили для кожного з нас шоколадний смаколик, каву, пакетики чаю, по пляшечці води і невелику пляшечку ігристого вина. Ці знаки уваги були дуже приємні! Ліжка в кімнатах дуже зручні і постіль високої якості! Також нам спододобався великий балкон, з якого було приємно спостерігати за зорями! Однозначно рекомендуємо для сімейного відпочинку!

“Indimenticabile”
+Vicino alla metro linea 3, appartamento bellissimo completo di tutto, lavastoviglie, bollitore, macchina del caffè, lavatrice (per questa mancano i detersivi). Letto eccezionale, merita un plauso perché viaggiando tanto difficilmente trovo letti così comodi, ho dormito da dio. Tv con Netflix. Aria condizionata. Aspirapolvere, asciugacapelli, non mancava nulla!! Noi eravamo in auto e l’abbiamo parcheggiato nel garage privato sotterraneo a pagamento 15 €. A notte ma almeno era al sicuro

“Volveríamos”
+El apartamento es muy bonito, espacioso y muy luminoso. La terraza es estupenda y, aunque parezca una nimiedad, llegar y que haya a.a. en el portal se agradece. El detalle de bienvenida: agua fresca, café, una botellita de cava húngaro y unas barritas de galleta de chocolate, muy de agradecer, también.
−Falta de menaje en la cocina. La TV del salón desprogramada respecto a la info.
