“Poor quality and smelt of smoke”
+The very small studio flat was up 4 very steep flights of stairs, and when we reached the top the flat was hot and stuffy. It also stank of smoke, which has unfortunately now made our clothes smell of smoke for the rest of our holiday. The uncomfortable bed was up a very steep metal ladder on a mezzanine level, which you couldn’t get up and down easily unless you were fully awake during the night. There were also very few basic items you would expect with an apartment such as a tea towel, dish clothes, tea/coffee or basic tourist information etc. The communication with tiny Velluti was very good however - they texted us before hand to arrange being let into the properly. The location was great - only a few minutes walk from the Ponte Vecchio. The WiFi was also fast too, however we had to ask to have the WiFi password as this was also not made available. Unfortunately the overwhelming smell of smoke, the uncomfortable rock hard bed and sofa overshadowed our stay significantly.

“Hebergement tres mal entretenu”
