+Good location. Very clean. Well-equipped.
−The roller blinds were not working (so I couldn't get the room fully dark at night) and the electrical panel was buzzing loud enough to be noticeable at night.

+The studio was very beautiful and clean, the neighbourhood was so beautiful and the location was perfect, this was our favourit place to spend a vacation and we found the price very fair, thank u very much Tiny Studio, we loved it!

“Made My Return to Athens Truly Special”
+My partner and I had an excellent stay in this apartment and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Athens. The apartment was cozy, spotless, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. It truly felt like a home away from home. For me, this trip was especially meaningful, as I was returning to Athens for the first time in 18 years. From the moment I walked into the apartment, it felt like home. It made this sentimental journey even more special, and I couldn't have wished for a better place to stay. The location was fantastic. The tram stop was just a one-minute walk away, with both the city centre and the beautiful Athenian coastline only about 20 minutes away by tram. Everything we needed was right at our doorstep, including a supermarket, pharmacy, and bakery. The neighbourhood was clean, safe, and peaceful, making it a wonderful base for our stay. The absolute highlight of our stay, however, was our host. From the very beginning, Nikos made us feel genuinely welcome. He was kind, thoughtful, and always available to help with anything we needed. His warmth and hospitality went far beyond what we expected and made our experience truly unforge

+The studio was clean, nicely furnished and had everything we needed. Hairdryer, washing machine, coffee maker. There was even basic seasoning for cooking, cold water in the fridge and ice in the freezer. Very thoughtful🙂 There is a great bakery round the corner and a supermarket.

+The apartment is located near a tram station which is convenient for going all around the city. It is also close to supermarket and a bakery. The apartment included everything we needed and more for our 5 days vacation.

“Superb apartment!”
+Brilliant apartment to use as a base to explore the city as well as visit the beach. Located a couple of minutes from a tram stop with a supermarket and bakery next door. Communication was really clear and the apartment itself had everything you need, and was extremely clean and tidy when we arrived.

“Cel mai reușit apartament în care am fost cazată vreodată!”
+Este, fără îndoială, cel mai reușit apartament în care m-am cazat vreodată! Totul a fost la superlativ. Apartamentul este extrem de curat, foarte comod și dotat cu absolut tot ce ai nevoie: de la aparat de cafea, veselă și tacâmuri de calitate, până la o trusă medicală de prim ajutor (lucru pe care îl văd pentru prima dată la o cazare). Proprietarul a fost extraordinar - deși am sunat la miezul nopții când am ajuns, m-a ghidat cu multă răbdare și mi-a răspuns la orice întrebare. Amplasarea este minunată: aproape de magazin și cu o conexiune excelentă la transportul în comun (cu un singur tramvai ajungeam direct în centru și la mare). Sunt mega mulțumită de această experiență și sper din tot sufletul să revin!
