“Perfectly convenient, comfortable and close to Sequoia. Excellent for solo or couple.”
+This little home had everything I needed for my solo stay in Sequoia. Such a convenient location. I enjoyed having a comfortable place to come back to after long days of hiking. It’s quiet, scenic and perfect for a solo/couple.
−I wish it had a pizza stone to reheat the giant pizza from town.

−It needed a deep cleaning. The couch looked dirty, the overhead lights had bugs in them, the washer had detergent in the fabric softener area and the dryer did not work. Some of the pillows looked a little worn. It was surface clean but I think it’s time for an overhaul on something’s. Also it said it had river views. Not sure what that meant. All we saw was a trickling creek which we had to go looking for. This property has great potential just needs to be a little better cared for.

“Great cottage,but unsleepable bed!”
+Very cute and well decorated. Great location for visiting Sequoia and Kings Canyon with good restaurants, gas, and groceries nearby.
−It would get a ten except that the bed was impossible to sleep on and the sofa bed wasn’t much better. Not only is the mattress soft (which other reviews had noted) but we found missing slats on the frame and sent pictures but they couldn’t fix it while we were there. We left early and they did refund us for one night. And the washer/dryer didn’t work.

+Good size and facilities, and great to have a washing machine. Convenient location for Sequoia National Park. Need to very carefully follow instructions to find the place but they are sufficiently detailed.
−Living room AC not working but there was a portable machine that made do in the hot conditions. Bed very soft to the extent of being uncomfortable.

+Great stay, very clean and has everything you need! Located in a very peacefull and quiet location, right next to a little river and ranch. We really liked winding down here after many nights in hotels, this was perfect! Highly recommend!

+The location is absolutely perfect . Very close to sequoia national park and you can hear the river flowing through the windows it was relaxing
−The only thing I did not like about the property was the bed . It almost felt like there was a hole in the middle of it and it was extremely soft and we sank.
