“Dirty smelled old pillows with stains”

−I would strong advise against staying here. My experience was completely unacceptable from start to finish. To begin with, the photos on Booking.com are entirely misleading. The actual room featured completely different, rundown furniture and looked nothing like what was advertised online. The cleanliness and basic amenities were appalling: Bedding: The pillows were dirty and smelled foul, which made me seriously question whether the bedsheets were washed at all prior to my arrival. Plumbing issues: There was no running water in the kitchen sink. Furthermore, the bathroom sink had a severe blockage,the water simply would not drain. Bathroom hygiene: The shower area desperately needs a deep clean and had a lingering, unpleasant odor. To top it all off, there was zero respect for guest privacy. The owner knocked on my door at 10:44 PM, which was completely inappropriate and disruptive. Save your money and peace of mind by booking somewhere else.

“Lovely place”
+I liked the green all around the property, the kids loved also the trampoline, the chicken and dogs, I absolutely recommend to spend at least one night in this lovely place. Thank you everyone who has made this journey so nice

−Better communication to ensure visitors are not in Breda main city Expensive to travel to Breda by train, bus or taxi as Tiny House Aquilinde is quite remote

+Het was een zeer aangenaam verblijf. Fijn dat er ook een Magnetron-Oven beschikbaar was. Het is afgelegen maar toch ook dichtbij Breda. Bijzonder vriendelijk onthaal en contact.
−Als ik echt iets moet noemen zou dit het hele kleine wasbakje zijn in de badkamer. M'n tanden heb ik bij de gootsteen gepoetst.

“Schöner kurzer Aufenthalt im Tiny Haus”
+Fast alles top, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
−An manchen Stellen könnte mal wieder was erneuert werden oder stärker geputzt werden. Das Rollo war dreckig, die Spiegel etwas verrostet und das Waschbecken läuft schlecht ab. Aber das ist auch meckern auf hohem Niveau.

+So ein wunderbarer Ort! Wunderschöner Garten, toller Pool, gemütliches Häuschen, viel Ruhe und sehr liebe Gastgeberin. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen bestimmt mal wieder vorbei.

“Quiet, Relaxing Stay Outside the City - Perfect for Nature Lovers”
+The host was very accommodating and responsive to our requests, and we are very grateful for that! The accommodation is located in a very peaceful area (apart from the occasional barking of dogs). The tiny house is equipped with everything you need: a kitchen with a capsule coffee machine, an electric kettle, cooking utensils, and a two-burner stovetop. There is also a small bathroom with a step-free shower. We were allowed to use the outdoor swimming pool after check-out. There is also a separate kitchen, shower, and toilet next to the pool for other guests, including those staying on the property in campers or tents. Also worth mentioning is the flower shop on the property, which is operated separately from the accommodation. It works with people with disabilities and provides them with employment opportunities. We received a very warm welcome and were invited to look around. The tiny house is located outside the city, which can be both an advantage and a disadvantage, depending on what you're looking for. If you enjoy peace, quiet, and being close to nature its wonderfull there. We will looking forward to book again in near Future. Thank you!
−The refrigerator was a bit too small for a family of four. While it could hold about three bottles, there wasn't much room left for groceries or other food items. For a couple, however, the size would be perfectly adequate. Shops and supermarkets are not within easy walking distance (about a 30-minute walk), but that's to be expected since the tiny house is located outside the city. Despite the hot weather, the tiny house did not heat up excessively. However, there were no proper windows that could be fully opened for ventilation, apart from a small one in the kitchen and another in the bathroom. As a result, it was a little warmer inside at night than it was outdoors, but it was still comfortable enough for me.
