“Exceptional”
+This is a tiny little apartment with a separate bathroom (requires walking outdoors on the rooftop terrace to get there). It is not luxurious by any means, there is no running water in the room (but of course in the bathroom), but for this price (I paid ~30 US$ per night) it's absolutely perfect for a week or two. The main selling point is that it's walking distance to everything in Roma.
−Of course an en suite bathroom is nicer.

−AC was broken but I did get a fan which was suffiecient. There isn't a lift and I was lucky I didn't have my luggage on me.

“Simple but Nice place to stay”
+The host is very Nice and available, she really helped us and did everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible. This is a simple home but good for staying one or several days. Good location in a Nice neighborhood of mexico city. Very strong wifi.
−The sink is outside of the room which is not very convenient when you cook. We didn't have an A/C but a good fan, and the host offers to gave us a portable A/C.

“4 flights of stairs, 4 keys, and 30m to the bathroom.”
+Good location really.
−Need 4 different keys to get in and out. It is 4 full flights up! ALL these apps need to state number of floors! There are people with heart and mobility issues. Kitchenette space has no sink, no kettle and some odd hot plate. There are NO hangars!!! But mainly- the “private bathroom “ is 30 m away, outside the unit, on the roof!!

−The description needs to be more accurate, as the bathroom is detached from the home of stay.

“Friendly and helpful host.”
+Paulina was sooo helpful, I'm really thankful with her. I had a problem with a check-in in Airbnb because I was late 45 minutes and when I booked this place instead, the host was super responsive and helpful. The place is very well located, there is a metro bus and a metro station a couple of blocks away. The TV is huge and modern. Quick note. Never using Airbnb again.

“4 pisos por escalera, el baño afuera, a 19 metros de la habitación. El agua de la ducha tibia.”
+La ubicación.
−El baño fuera de la habitación, al aire libre. Había que caminar por los menos 20 pasos para llegar al baño. Eso son al menos 19 metros.

−El anuncio no dice que el baño está afuera a 40 metros y que es compartido, además la disque "cocina" no tiene lavabo y finalmente, evaden impuestos porque no facturan
