+Water was in the fridge for us. Had all amenities that you could want. The Wi-Fi was not working when we got to the property which we contacted the hosts about. They didn’t have the correct Wi-Fi with an update in the area, however they did provide us with an alternative for the remainder of our stay. Shower pressure was good.
−The space was extremely cramped - the layout had been moved around prior to check-in, which was different to the listing photos, making the space even more of a squeeze than before. The fridge couldn’t even open all the way due to too much being put in 1 place. Location - terrible in terms of public transport links. You could hear everything from outside especially cars and animal noises. The bed was very soft - and the mattress didn’t fit the bed frame- making it very hard to get in/out of bed and around the bed to get to things. The sheets on the bed were also not attached so the quilt was just open between 2 flat sheets, making it a huge mess every time you move and a question on how clean the actual duvet was was in our minds. Overall cleanliness was quite bad - not what we expected. Signal was poor within the studio so even our data didn’t work when the WiFi was off and it was hard to contact people due to this. Cutlery was not clean when we got there and you could tell a lot of things had not been cleaned/dusted in a while. The TV was on the wall next to the bed, meaning we couldn’t watch it during our stay as the chairs on the table couldn’t move from where they were due to

−Tiny tiny tiny space. Owner was unwilling to adjust dates, soI paid for 5 nights & only could stay 3, therefore terrible value for money.

+The bed was quite comfortable
−- the accomodation was not clean - there were splatter marks on the wall by the bed - the outdoor area was shared which I was unaware of, we were not able to relax outside - the area was a lot smaller than expected - outside had rubbish stuffed behind the accomodation - when we arrived the room was extremely hot. For the price we paid it would have been a nice touch to have had the air con/fan on (small issue did not affect stay)

+The house has everything you might need in the kitchen: electric hob, coffee machine, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, etc. The location is about a 20-minute walk from the train station and the shopping center and about a 10-minute walk from the beach.
−The house's decor is inappropriate for its size; it lacks practicality. It has a good dining table, two armchairs, many cushions, curtains that take up floor space because they are too long, and then there isn't a single place to put clothes,I repeat, there isn't a single place to put clothes. The house is good for short stays without luggage...

“The accommodation was great apart from the noise from the frogs,which earplugs couldn't block out.”
+Everything was fine..jst unfortunately the lovely water feature attracted frogs which sounded like a stick tapping on wood,all night,making it hard to sleep. Otherwise we were v happy with the place. Great snacks provided

+Tiny home was comfortable and exactly what we needed for two adults- everything worked and upon arrival it looked and smelt clean. The instructions provided were clear and easy to access
−The shower curtain had small spots of mould on it and the walls could have used a wipe down next to the fridge.
