“Nice Clean Property with clean swimming pool. Excellent Hosting.”
+It was clean and nice. Easy access to the local amenities and the beach is a walk away. The swimming pool was clean and nice size and regularly cleansed. The rooms and bathrooms and toilets were very clean. The air conditioners worked wonderfully and had no issues. All the rooms are en-suite with own showers. The Host was professional, approachable and very friendly. They were easily reachable and available whenever required. There is roof garden for evening/night time relaxation after a long day with beautiful views. I would give 5 stars to the stay and the hosting (having been to several places and stayed in many places). Thank you to the Host for making our stay a pleasant experience away from home.
−There was nothing to fault. Local area telephone numbers / taxi/ local area map would be bonus for some holiday makers but this can easily be accessible from the host or internet which is available on both the floors.

+It is not clear from the property description, but there are 4 bathrooms in the villa (each bedroom has its own). Very friendly host who was very accommodating. We needed a late check out - it was no problem. We would definitely come back

“Relaxed, spacious holiday for a group of people that want to explore and relax on Cyprus.”
+the villa was big enough so that everybody could have there own space. that is always really nice. the 3 bathrooms (showers) give also enough space so that everybody can shower whenever they want. the pool was amazing, big and always a great way to cool down in the hot sun. the owner was a great host, whenever we had a question, he would answer or help us. even when we had a earlier flight, he fixed it so whe could stay a day longer. Great experience for who ever wants to go on holiday with a group or family.

+Pobyt w Willi Timotheos był naprawdę cudowny! To miejsce, do którego z przyjemnością wrócilibyśmy ponownie. Wszystko było dokładnie tak, jak można sobie wymarzyć podczas wakacyjnego wyjazdu - czysto, komfortowo i z wyjątkową gościnnością. Obiekt: Willa jest bardzo czysta i świetnie wyposażona. Na parterze znajduje się jedna sypialnia z klimatyzacją, salon z aneksem kuchennym oraz toaleta. Na pierwszym piętrze są trzy sypialnie - każda z własną łazienką i klimatyzacją, co przy większej grupie jest ogromnym atutem. Na dachu znajduje się taras z przepięknym widokiem na morze - idealne miejsce na poranną kawę czy wieczorne posiedzenie. Kuchnia jest bardzo dobrze wyposażona we wszystko, co potrzebne do przygotowywania posiłków. W całym obiekcie było naprawdę bardzo czysto. Basen: Basen jest duży, bardzo czysty i ma cudownie ciepłą wodę. Jest regularnie czyszczony, dzięki czemu przez cały pobyt można było korzystać z niego z pełnym komfortem. Nasze dzieci były zachwycone - praktycznie zaraz po przebudzeniu wskakiwały do basenu! 😊 Plaża: Do Turtle Bay można dojść pieszo w około 10 minut. Przy plaży znajduje się bezpłatny parking. Sama plaża jest niewielka, ale bardzo czysta, a woda przej
