+The location and eclectic, unusual decor.
−Very poor air conditioning. One little device was barely sufficient for one room and cool air barely reached the bedroom.

“Great stay for checking out Zagrebs city center”
+We had a nice stay at TimeoutInZagreb. The owner is very kind and came to have a chat with us once we had checked in to the room. If you travel by car, but you want to check out the city center of Zagreb, then this location is absolutely perfect. You can park right in front of the building and it's only about a 10 to 15 minute walk to the center. Rooms and bathroom were all clean.
−Slightly difficult to find the entrance from the street the first time, since you have to drive through a small opening that is not easy to see. But I guess that is the same in most of Zagrebs center.

+I enjoyed my stay very much! First of all a great location and what was important for me - calm and quiet. Very beautiful room, everything was functional, from the air conditioning, to the small kitchen utilities, as well as all the toilets and bathroom facilities. The host was very friendly. Got welcomed with fresh croissants and champagne, which was a very nice surprise as well. Recommend!
−Needs a bit more proper cleaning.

“Excellent stay, it's definitely worth the money you pay !”
+Close proximity to the very center of Zagreb, easy access to public transport and all sorts of shopping stores. The apartment was just awesome, nothing similar have I seen before, and I changed quite a lot in recent years. I stayed in the room 004, a luxury-lookin place, spacious, clean, spacious enough and quiet to rest your mind. All in all, the apartment is a model example when it comes to comfort, and I'm certainly looking forward to visit again.

“Furchtbar... Ekelhaft dreckig”

−Angefangen beim aufdringlichen Leiter oder Besitzer, weicher sogar beleidigend gewesen ist, weil ich auf seinen "sogenannten" Humor nicht eingegangen bin!!!! Die gesamte Unterkunft (ein ehemaliges Hotel, jetzt Absteige) ist derart untergekommen, dass ich die positiven Bewertungen welche ich vor der Buchung gelesen habe, nicht nachvollziehen kann!!!!!!! Der Flur dreckig, stinkig, da wird sogar geraucht. Das Appartement stickig, die Teppiche dreckig und alles extrem verstaubt. Die Fenster wurden jahrelang nicht geputzt. Beim zuziehen der Vorgänge habe ich soviel Staub abbekommen unglaublich.... Die Klimaanlage aus dem Jahre Schnee und kämpft schon damit ein Raum zu kühlen, geschweige denn auch das angrenzenden Schlafzimmer oder gar das ganze Apartment. Es gibt nur die eine Klimaanlage! Es geht weiter mit der Toilette. Das waren noch Kot-Reste... Unfassbar. Das Waschbecken in der Toilette und der Seifenspender... Was soll ich sagen, schaut euch die Fotos an. Die Vorleger im Bad und WC waren furchtbar! Die Böden ungewaschen und ekelhaft. Staubweben überall. Das Bad war dann die Krönung! Die Dusche wurde vor uns aber wahrscheinlich auch lange vorher nicht mehr gereinigt. Ich habe sogar
