“Best time out”
+What an amazing getaway 😍 From the first night to the last minute there, it was relaxing, quite and just so calm. The birds and wildlife all came to visit and we really had an incredible time

+Ons het baie lekker gebly. Daar is alles wat mens nodig het en dis loopafstand van die see af. Die eienaar het seker gemaak dat ons vinnig insettle en dat alles werk en ons het die kuier terdee geniet. Die hot tub was 1ste prys. Die eienaars is baie gasvry en behulpsaam.

“Exceptionally neat and clean, well-equipped with the friendliest host!😉”
+We had a wonderful stay at TimeOut1. Everything was exceptionally neat and clean, which immediately made us feel comfortable and at home. The hostess was incredibly kind, friendly, and always willing to help, making the experience even more enjoyable. The unit was well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay, and its convenient walking distance to the beach was a real bonus. The area is peaceful and quiet, with the lovely sound of birds chirping adding to the tranquil atmosphere. Having a hot tub was an added highlight and made our stay even more special. We also felt very safe in the surrounding area, which gave us great peace of mind. A special highlight for us was that our dogs were welcome to join us,this made the trip even more memorable. This was with prior approval and clear, well-enforced rules, including that pets sleep in their own beds, do not mess in the house, and do not chase or hunt birds, which we fully respected. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, peaceful getaway.

“We had a lovely, relaxing stay and really enjoyed Yzerfontein!”
+The unit was very well appointed, neat and tidy. Lovely bedding and comfortable mattresses. Good water pressure in the shower. Quiet neighbourhood. The host was very attentive and asked for our honest feedback, which we were happy to give.
−Required a multiplug in the kitchen to switch between devices. Host has already confirmed that she has fixed it :-) We also suggested adding some more rails / hooks to hang towels, which the host also attended to.

+Baie lekker gebly. Baie gemaklike, netjies, skoon plekkie met alles wat nodig is en meer. Sal beslis weer bespreek in die toekoms. Hopelik het ons dan meer tyd sodat ons die hot tub ook kan geniet.

+The place is quite well equiped. Was very clean with the added attention to detail (even 2 shower caps) that will make us go back. Owners are very friendly and helpfull. Hot tub is a added bonus and we loved it!

“Disappointed to say the least”

−If you enjoy cheap linen, plastic headboards, plastic table cloths, cheap polyester bedding, one loan bar of Spar brand soap in the shower, cheap fittings and exposed elecrical work then this is your next getaway. Absolutly no thought had been put into the design, the bathroom sink is so small you can barely wash your hands. I find it deplorable that we were duped into spending our hard earned money on such an uninviting place to stay. The pictures are deceitful, to say the least. Having stayed at many guesthouses at a similar price, I am deeply saddened and disappointed by the fact that people are using booking.com or other platforms to make a quick buck when not even considering how the excited guests feel when walking into a literal dump putting it lightly, it is unkind and goes completely against our South African values to deceive paying customers in such a way... Being the kind and sunny host that you are, I ask, please do better.
