+This is a gorgeous and spacious cottage in a very quiet location. However, towns, beaches and entertainment are only minutes away by car
−If I had to make a negative comment it is only that the downstairs bedroom is a single, therefore my wife and I had to sleep separately.

“Wonderful stay in beautiful remote country cottage”
+Property was very clean set in a remote rural setting. It was perfect. Netflix and loads of CDs available. Well equiped kitchen. Beautifully decorated. Friendly host.

“Tranquility plenty of room but local to everything you could possibly need fantastic hosts”
+Hidden gem beautiful rural location but only minutes away from everything you need jo and Paul made us feel very welcome and the attention to detail is spot on kitchen is very well equipped with everything you could possible need my grandies loved meeting Bertie and Robbie the garden is amazing did our Easter hunt out there 3 toilets in the property was also a great with 6 of us visiting I will be returning here beautiful place

−There were no convenience store nearby in 4 miles radius. So if you miss anything means you have to travel in narrow farm road to the store.

“Comfortable, well equipped rural accommodation. Highly recommended! 😊”
+Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this rural farm cottage. It is tastefully furnished, spacious, comfortable and well equipped for the 3 generations of us who stayed there. The grandchildren enjoyed meeting the pony, donkey & cat. It is out in the sticks so we were glad we had a food shop delivery for when we arrived. We brought our bikes and it is a short ride down hill from the cottage to link up with the Tarka Trail which is perfect for off-road cycling. Jo & Paul (the owners) are friendly & helpful and live next door. Highly recommend this place for a peaceful break. Lots to see & do in the area including the War Horse Valley Country Farm Park which we all loved. We also visited the Bude Sea Pool from there which is so lovely.
−The surrounding area has steep hills and narrow roads so best stick to the Tarka Trail unless you're a hardcore cyclist!

“Simply the best”
+A wonderfully characterful property with everything you could want. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were lovely. We loved being in the countryside and talking to the horse, donkey and cat! The hosts are great and helped us with anything we needed. Possibly the best cottage we've ever found!
