“Beautiful location, beautifully decorated and immense attention to detail.”
+The location of the lodge was beautiful, a car is quite necessary I would say to get to places such as Glasgow etc. Surrounded by farm shops and beautiful walks.
−We did end up without power from around 8:30am on Saturday morning until about 5pm Saturday evening which meant no cooking, showers or heating. It did get very cold and was a little bit frustrating not being able to do any of these things. We did also end up having to throw away some food from the freezer as it was defrosting (faulty external fuse, now fixed)

“Sterling festival weekend”
+Fantastic location and easy access to the site everything was as the photos and booking information only a short drive from dollar village "great Chinese " local coop store Great views of the hills and some local wildlife if your lucky It really is home from home you don't need to take anything it's all there

+The location, the lodge was beautiful and spotless. The host also made sure a cup of tea and a biscuit was available before you go out and get your shopping. All the directions provided by the host were very clear and easy to follow. Everything you need was in the lodge. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. Did I mention the views and the location? Absolutely stunning.

+We had a wonderful 3-day stay with our family. The place was clean, comfortable, and had all the facilities we needed. Our whole family was very happy with the stay. The arrangements made by the host were easy and convenient, and communication was smooth. The location is beautiful, peaceful, and relaxing. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this place to others.

“Really clean and comfy”
+Extremely clean lodge, spacious for two of us and with a lovely view of the Ochil Hills and Castle Campbell from the terrace.

“Thistle Lodge - a lovely stay in a lovely location.”
+Thistle lodge was lovely and exactly as described. It was clean, cosy and the bed was really comfortable. There was everything in the lodge that we needed for the weekend including some little extras (shortbread and pain au chocolat ) which was a nice touch. Communication with Lawrence was excellent.
