“It was a nice apartment and location but a bad experinece due to major, noisy construction right outside the window.”
+The apartment was very nice, comfortable and well-equipped and in a good location. The big windows were wonderful! Nice linens. Under normal circumstances, it’s in a quiet location and an easy walk to restaurants in either directions, plus a quick walk over the Arno river at the Ponte alle Grazie to all the historic center museums, churches and points of interest.
−I had the misfortune of being in the apartment when an enormous construction crane parked right in front of the apartment and worked for 2 days, morning to evening. Horribly noisy, a little scary, it blocked the street in both directions making it difficult to get around! This construction ruined and inconvenienced my stay. Suggestions for improvement: a microwave oven, wine glasses, pot holders. Mosquito repellents.

+The apartment was wonderful. Big and spacious. Stocked with essentials. Had everything for cooking. WiFi good for working and the location can’t be beat. Can walk to everything and the staff was very nice and provided recommendations as well.

“Great Central Location with amenities for longer stay.”
+Great location. One block from the Ponte Alla Grazie and a 12 minute walk to Piazza Santo Spirito, it is a central location, but nice and quiet. Full apartment with nearly everything you need. Grocery store 5 minute walk, just near Ponte Vecchio. Host company was responsive to text and email. Having laundry washer was great. Large windows with great air flow when cool out. Definitely recommend for a longer stay in Florence.
−The bed really needs to be replaced. It's fine, just not a lot of support. Was without water for several days, but that was not the fault of the host, it was a repair for the building. Must open windows to air apartment, which was fine, but small mosquitos came in and I couldn't get rid of them.

“Great location but pricey and needs cleaning”
+location was excellent. Neighborhood is more residential, less noisy than more touristy areas. Near the base of the hill so few steps. The unit has sliding walls which is nice for privacy.
−1) linens were not adequate. There were several nice pillows, but only two pillowcases. We found a duvet/comforter but no cover. Two very small bath towels and two small hand towels. 2) Kitchen's only cleaning supplies was a very small guest kit of liquid soap - no towels - cloth or paper. The inside of the trash can cabinet was filthy - caked on food, etc. 3) leave a small supply of clothes washing soap so that the guests do not have to find a grocery store and buy an entire box. Also some salt/pepper and sugar would be helpful. 4) the furniture in the picture is NOT the current furniture. The upholstery dining room chairs had been replaced with hard plastic.

+The property was nice and spacious. The location was lovely. The bed was comfortable and clean. The owner immediately took care of any issues we had.
−It didn’t provide some basics like dish soap and toilet paper. Also one towel each for 5 days didn’t seem enough. The couch and floors weren’t very clean and the entry way by the door. was also dirty
