“Thistles for Scotland!”
+Great location to walk and see a lot of Edinburgh! Loved the decorations of the wee thistle- Scotland’s flower!!!
−Parking! We realized that parking in Edinburgh is next to impossible, unless you want to pay an arm and a leg! We returned our rental early and took the tr back.

+Excellent location for the Royal Mile. On an adjacent street to Edinburgh Castle. Perfectly situated for tourists. Owner was great in answering questions I had before check in. Check in instructions were easy to follow.
−Shower was a little small. We asked for the sofa bed to be made up but it wasn’t made on arrival. If you’re after a quiet stay, I’d venture a little further out. It’s right next to Edinburgh Castle and we stayed during the Military Tattoo. It was loud until about 11pm.

+We stayed in this apartment for two nights. The location is right in the heart of the city, with shops, restaurants, and plenty of pubs nearby. Stepping out of the apartment onto the shared balcony, you are greeted with a stunning view of the fortress in Edinburgh, which makes the stay especially atmospheric. In the mornings, we were woken up by the sound of birds singing. Despite the central location, the apartment windows face an inner courtyard, so it was very quiet and peaceful inside, and we could only hear the birds in the morning. The apartment is very warm, with electric heaters that work perfectly. The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped, with high-quality dishes, nice furniture, and everything needed for a comfortable stay. The apartment was spotless and very cozy. Honestly, we didn’t even want to leave , we enjoyed it so much. During our trip, we stayed in two apartments in London, and also in this apartment in Edinburgh, and we can confidently say that this was one of the best accommodations out of all three.
