10.0“Great location, cute accomodations”
+The location is fantastic! So close to South Congress, yet in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. It was very easy to access the tiny house and the instructions from the host were easy to follow. The tiny house itself is very cute and cozy. We stayed two nights which I think was perfect.
−I only have one tiny suggestion, which is to attach a handle or knob to the inside of the bathroom door so that it's easier to close when you're inside.

3.0“That was nasty... at least it was cheap. Very disappointing.”
+The location is great. Very close to SoCo (South Congress). It is a cute tiny house. The bed was surprisingly comfortable. Instructions were very easy to follow to come and go - no keys, just a passcode. This was also an extremely cheap option compared to standard hotels in the area and I didn't have to pay to park my rental car which was great.
−It was very dirty. I honestly don't think it has been cleaned in a very long time, and I would highly suggest the owner gives it a deep clean. When I got there, I turned the AC on, to which I found that the part which opens up to blow air was COVERED in mold. The entire house smelled like mold after having the AC on for a few hours. Then, I got dinner and went to open the built it folding table. The entire underside was COVERED in mold. The mold was black, not sure if that means it was "black mold"... but that was totally unacceptable. I can't believe no one has noticed this before. There was dead cockroaches in the bathroom. Neither of the trash cans had bags in them despite what the instructions said and I couldn't find any to use. Luckily I got takeaway and used that to collect my trash. The bath mat was very obviously dirty and used before as something had been spilled on it (shampoo maybe?). I just hope that the sheets and towels I used were clean, they smelled clean so I put it out of mind to get through my stay. By the way, you have to clean up everything, take the trash out, take sheets off the bed, etc. otherwise face a $50 cleaning fee. This is not stated anywhere on the

6.0+Location was great!
−There was no communication at all with the owner. We didn't receive any instructions to check in or how to get into the house. Luckily we found someone else on the property who was able to tell us. We also asked where to find more paper towels and trash bags, and no answer until 2 weeks after our stay.

7.0“Comfy”
+It was close to Cabo bobs
−The door was unlocked upon arrival, lack of hot water, and half empty coffee creamer and someone’s open soda in the fridge.

8.0“Recommended for one or a couple who don't mind a bijou cabin”
+The location was just what I needed. This property is in a very good neighbourhood which is also very desirable for tourists too. This is a very quiet street with street parking for the Tiny House. The only noise is birdsong! I enjoyed looking at the beautiful wordwork on the cabins and main house/office/studio.
−The bathroom is very cramped, but the photos showed this pretty honestly so I wasn't surprised. It's fair to say that there really wasn't a strong "didn't like" aspect to this property.

10.0“Perfect stay for the weekend”
+it was everything the ad said. the tiny house was app 6' x 18', so for us it was perfect. The space was cozy and the location was perfect, ~15 min to 6th St. Hosts were awesome as well, they welcome us and guided us through, giving some tips for the stay.
−The bathroom was way too small; you had to rotate yourself to get in/out and use the dishwasher to wash your hands and teeth. It also has poor acoustics; if you like to sleep in late, it will be a problem, as you can hear every person walking by outside.

8.0“Short, sweet and perfect needs for 1”
+I loved the homey feeling. Like you weren’t in or near the city at all. This was the first property - Airbnb’s or hotel wise I could find less than $1k and super close proximity to my weekend needs.
−I wouldn’t say didn’t like but would like to note that I am a very small person and the shower - remember it is a tiny home - was actually quite small itself. I even had to duck to get my hair wet and rinsed out. I would also like to recommend adding a fan either in front of the bed (feet side) or opposite wall of ac unit so once the unit is turned back on it can cool down much faster.
