“Great stay”
+Everything, the large space, the view the comfortable bed. It felt like we were in a luxury New York loft. It also broke up the trip wonderfully as it was a different type of accommodation to the winery chalet and beach apartment we had already stayed in on the trip
−Dedicated parking would be nice but with a little bit of planning we had no issues finding a public park

“Character filled apartment”
+Character filled, comfortable apartment in great location. Loved the kitchenette and laundry facilities.
−Road noise was a little bit loud in the lounge room, but didn't bother us from the bedroom.

“A bright, comfortable apartment in the heart of the city.”
+Great communication by the hosts. The location was perfect and within walking distance to shops and eateries. The apartment was excellent; we loved the high ceilings and the brickwork. Very clean. Great kitchen and bathroom. Comfortable bed. It was also a bonus to have a washing machine and dryer.
−There was nothing to dislike.

“Central location with excellent amenities!”
+Excellent central, location, great information regarding access and parking, and exceptionally high quality of furnishings!
−Not a fault of the property is the challenge of finding parking! Best advised to get the parking app and work from there!

“It was a really wonderful experience. The view from the apartment is lovely and the location is really good. The Octagon”
+We liked how the building is renovated respecting the old structure yet transforming into somet modern. The layput of the apartment is very smart and efficient.
−The bedroom is a bit too chilled for us, arriving from a tropical country, but the provided beddings are great and very efficient. To keep us warm. This likely not a problem for guests arriving from four-season climate. Everything else is really spot on!

+We had a great stay at The Terminus in Dunedin, staying in a Deluxe Apartment. The apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable, with everything you could possibly need. Having a fully equipped kitchen made cooking and eating in an absolute breeze. The location was fantastic. It was an easy walk to the Octagon and several local breweries, with a café downstairs and a pub just around the corner. The elevator was also a huge bonus for getting all our luggage up and down. There were lots of thoughtful touches that we really appreciated, including the blackout curtains in the bedroom, heated towel rail and heater in the bathroom. For light sleepers, there can also be some traffic noise. However, given this is a beautifully renovated older-style building, I’m not sure there’s much that could be done about this. It is also mentioned in the welcome letter, and earplugs are provided. Neither issue would stop us from staying here again. Parking is available across the road for $11 per day Monday-Saturday. We found it easy enough to get a park later in the afternoon (around 3pm onwards), and parking was also readily available on weekends. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. A comfortable,
