+Host's property in a quiet residential street in a pleasant neighbourhood. As noted by other reviewers, small chalet style accommodation in an attractive garden. Well organised bedroom/kitchen/lounge' arrangement. Kitchen facilities adequate for two and for a short stay. Comfy bed and sofa, and a good shower. Also very useful convenience store a few minutes along the road, plus only a 15-20 min walk to the town centre, pubs, restaurants, etc. Hosts were very helpful and friendly, even providing transport back to the railway station at the end of our stay.

“Lovely little find, with lovely hosts & friendly Dog”
+Location was ideal and very quiet, Hosts were lovely as was their extremely friendly Dog. Basic essentials on arrival including some Milk which was a nice touch so we could have a cuppa.
−Shower was great but had to hold it to shower properly (reported to Penny who was very apologetic) Cooking facilities were basic but adequate for needs, be aware you'll need to open doors and windows as it gets very smoky if you cook. As our Daughter visited it would have been ideal to have an extra plate and cutlery although as this was booked for just 2 of us it wasn't a biggie.

“Snug and comfortable studio”
+A snug and comfy self contained studio in a pretty garden. Very private, easy to find and access and very well equipped. A 15 min pleasant level walk to the festival theatre. Tea bags coffee and a pint of milk in the fridge were very welcome. Excellent value for money.

“Great location just outside the city centre, top host”
+Perfect location for walking in to Chichester town centre or to their theatre, residential parking on the street, quiet safe neighbourhood to leave the car and plenty of parking space available. Lovely host to welcome us, great communication ahead of our visit so we knew exactly what to do on arrival. Beautiful garden. Would happily stay here again.

“Delightful little oasis.”
+It might be small but there is everything that you need here. A very comfortable bed, lots of hot water in the shower, and all the kitchen stuff for a short stay. The owners were very helpful and made us feel very welcome.
