“Everything we needed for our overnight stay.”
+Everything we needed was there all on one level.Very much appreciated the iron and ironing board to iron my frocks for Revival.
−Getting out of the lane onto the main road

+Lovely place. Comfortable and warm enough.
−Location for us was further away than where we were meeting our family but not a massive issue. No cafe was visible. Pub across the road was OK but the Black Horse was lovely but very dark walking back (I missed my footing and fell over)

“Delighted.”
+Amazingly well -appointed studio with new appliances and facilities. Didn't want for anything. Short drive to Arundel castle and a number of National Trust and English Heritage sites.
−Somewhere to sit outside would have been nice but didn't detract from our stay.

+Perfect location for us. Modern and clean with all necessary facilities

“Great short stay location, responsive hosts, super clean.”
+The hosts are great in communicating even when we had trouble finding the location. The room was super clean and the kitchen had plenty of utensils if you wished to cook. The space was large so plenty of space for our suitcases. Large shower in ensuite plenty of hanging space if required. Great information on local sites and places to eat. Coffee and tea supplied and plenty of loo paper. Car park right outside the door. I’m sure the pet lovers would like this space as plenty of room for dog beds. Great for a short stay.
−Have read some past reviews and would have to agree that the bed isn’t the most comfortable, new crisp linen would really elevate the space. For us a couple of lounge chairs and an extra side table and light would have been perfect, I understand they owners don’t want to cramp the space but it would make the stay more comfortable. I do hope they add some hooks for wet jackets to save their furniture. Sadly there is no outside space to sit but the pub is over the road.

“Great location, comfortable accommodation.”
+Excellent location. Close to beaches and the historic towns of Arundel and Chichester. Also convenient for Goodwood race course and motor circuit.
−A bedside table on both sides of the bed would have been useful.
