“Did the job but awkward”
+We needed somewhere quick because of a flight issue and this was nice and close and a decent price for a Yorkshire couple. The main bed was very comfortable and the room itself was clean and tidy. The driver who transferred us there was a genuinely lovely lad.
−The shared area smelled bad. It's quite a noisy location, but if you are used to that, it won't bother you. The second smaller bed was very uncomfortable, that's coming from a teenager who sleeps anywhere. They were awkward about me having a medical alert assistance dog and used air quotes to mock the Equality Act which made us really uncomfortable, this was the main issue for us.

“I regret staying in this room and paying for it; it is not worth what I paid.”
−It’s not comfortable; the shower is in poor condition, small, and shared between two rooms. There are no shops or cafés nearby, and delivery services don’t operate in the area. Booking.com lists an airport shuttle service (to and from the airport) for £1 per person, but in reality, they demanded £5 per person for the short trip.

+When we came into the room, we turned the light on but the lights didn't work. The owner gave us a small light but with my sighting I couldn't see very well so I had to take the lamp in the waiting room into our room to see. The owner didn't tell us the light didn't work and I did send him a message after we arrived and he responded with "the electrician can't come until Monday to fix it'. He shouldve told us lights didn't work. Also the pressure of the shower was really bad. It took me atleast 20+ minutes to wash my hair and body because the pressure was so bad. The room was nice and clean and close to the airport as we wished but with the other points that i mentioned it made our stay not so pleasant. .In my opinion, the price of stay is overpriced as we only stayed one night (3people) and the conditions wearnt as expected and told as be. In the booking, the transport to the airport was included as free, but the day before the arival, the owner contacted us telling us the transport has to be payed for (£5 a person). Because of that we had to walk 20+ minutes in the early hours and dark to the airport. Regards Ilona

“Confortable familiy room at walking distance from the airport.”
+The room was big and the beds were confortable. It is only 10 minutes walk from Stansted Airport. There was a kitchenette with a fridge that we could use.
−There are two separate rooms in the flat so we had to share the one toilet and one shower betweem 8 people. Not really what we expected.

−Fluoro lights and even then some didn’t work - starters faulty Bed linen was grubby Tea towel and cups were filthy Had random guy sleeping in the “common”lounge area Shower had mould and smelt bad Noisy because of close proximity of traffic to rooms

+Having the shuttle bus service was good as it was not as close to the airport as advertised
−The kitchen area could do with an update and utensils were limited and could do with a deep clean. The mugs were scarce and very tea stained
